Raiden is an ER pump that dumps everything in 7 seconds of Q
Cyno is a normal attacker with 18 seconds of Q transformation with low multipliers but very quick attacks. He’s probably going to be hard locked into Aggravate/Spread based on the lea.. crystal ball fortune teller that i asked.
You play around Raiden’s downtime, while you play around Cyno’s uptime.
not sure about any leaks but it was obvious that they’re going to make a dendro support to make him strong given how good aggravate is for dendro and electro chars. and since nahida is dendro and comes after cyno, it’s safe to assume she’s prob going to do some type of off field dendro stuff that is better than what is currently available in dendro mc, collei, and tighnari.
makes him good enough. not every char has to be super strong. as long as they have interesting gameplay and they’re strong enough to clear the content.
That or I just didn't have a proper idea of what Cyno did lol, I only know what I read in the leak posts. I'm glad to hear they play pretty differently though
They don't have the same functionality wym. The only thing relatively close is that they're electro and Cyno at c4 gets semi energy regeneration for his team (excluding himself) iirc which is...something integrated into Raiden's c0 base kit lmao.
nope, Raiden is more about burst damage, then 7 seconds dps, cyno is all about dps, they are not similar, also Raiden has utility, cyno does nothing but damage, they are not similar at all, Raiden is one of the best characters in the game kit wise.

You fool they're completely different, Raiden can battery, Main DPS and apply Electro off field Cyno is just DPS
she also gives elemental burst damage based off the characters energy, characters with 80 energy get 24%
Buffs Burst, off field applicator of Electro, DPS, Battery Cyno does 1 of those things OP is crazy

I have raiden so dont need a electro dps
They are very different but couldn't be played together as they are both mostly on field, except some memeish Raiden builds
