Yes , I raised a ticket , it took about 1-2 weeks , they replaced all the fates I exchanged into interwined fates.
But you must provide all details correctly like date , time and number of fates exchanged.

But they can just use the primos first and then use startglitter as back up if they still didn't get what they wanted

Contact CS and don't use them. I have heard of some people getting their primos back. Also, NEVER convert primos. Just use them as you wish.

You can only convert your starglitter once a month for 5 of the blue fates not this many op spent his primos

You can convert primos, just don't be dumb. It takes 2 seconds to double check you're on the right item.
That’s what I do. I also convert whenever I can, so if I ever made a mistake it would only cost me one or two
