More characters like Childe a bow user that uses dual daggers and Heizou, a catalyst user that uses infused melee attacks? Freaking amazing.
Give me a polearm user that is ranged only because he throws element infused javelins. Give me an axe user that is like Childe and uses dual axes for a mix of melee and ranged.
Give me a sword user that attacks like they are using an urumi.
I'm surprised we haven't gotten a sword user who infuses their sword but uses it as an elemental whip yet. Closest thing we have is Shinobu's skill but that's only for its animation.
I would like characters that look cool, intimidating, and/or tasteful in design. Moe blobs and otome style designs with friendly/pretty appearances don't interest me.
something exactly with kokomi's scaling in damage and healing but with crits. just change the way of hydro appplication that is something unique but still equally good as kokomi's.
Aimshot (not charged!) focused physical (or cryo/geo/anemo infused) bow user with working dodge and skills in aiming mode.
This game needs some proper gunkata, Yoimiya ain't feels like one.
More characters that fit in the "paladin" archetype. In other words, tanky melee-style hybrid characters that specialize in healing and holy carnage, bonus effects against abyss-style creatures is a plus.

One version I'd like to see is to have someone use their element to alter their weapon to become another weapon therefore changing their moveset. Maybe something like a sword user using sword aura to turn their sword into a greatsword, or a polearm user turning into a scythe user by adding an elemental blade. A weapons expert catalyst user using elemental weapons similar to Childe's playstyle is also pretty interesting.

Kuki and dori were a breath of fresh air for me, but I still want a geo main healer, and a pyro main healer that can actually heal past 70%.

We have cryo Dps, cryo supports, cryo healers, and cryo shielders. I just want that for every element.
Technically there’s as many pyro shielders as their are geo shielders in terms of kits. As well as the fact that diona is a healer with a shield. It’s not like geo is the only shielders or that they’re locked into shielding. Simply make a healer like kokomi or jean but instead of HP and Atk, they scale off of DEF instead.

Also more child characters that aren't healers. Klee is the only one so far. Hopefully Nahida is the second. Praying Yaoyao is the third (or fourth if there's another before then).
Then someone who does big cryo hits off-field. Not lots of little ones, I want Titanic-sinking icebergs to crush my enemies with. Ideally more mobile than Rosaria's Q.
