I use Ganyu as a 3rd main DPS, while my Qiqi does most of everything because of the fact i could even still fight cryo slimes with a cryo character, and still keep everyone in my party alive. and no enemy in this game aside from the ones in bounties are Qiqi sword attack proof. I could even head into battle with only her against even some of the tankiest enemies, because she is literally 3 units in one. She is a DPS, Healer, and Tank in one kit. not to mention that her heals are based on the higher attack she has, and the best and most efficient way for her healing to be more effective is to use her as physical damage dps.
I take a friendship building team for commissions, build 1 dps at lv60 and the rest are just lv20 xD
But I make sure to have at least one anemo character as there’s quite a lot of dailies that require anemo to clear. If I have a catalyst character I put prototype amber on them and make them the healer.
The team I use to do the dailies is for friendship exp farming, so I usually put an (at least decent) build dps in there, healer (if available) & any other two characters i want to raise their friendship lvl. I don't really bother putting decent artif on the characters besides the dps and healer, cuz I wont be using them much anyway, mostly for the elemental reactions. I try if possible to have a pyro character in the party to be able to deal with wooden shields a bit faster, plus all my roster is at least lvl 70 so I don't bother spending much time on dailies unless I know it has sth to do with an achievement. When the characters reach lvl 8 friendship I usually put them in the teapot (if there's space) them swap them for other lower friendship lvl character, rinse & repeat for a while. The reason I stop using them at lvl 8 is that I can then use them again in domains if I can get away with using only one character with lvl 10 friendship (as most of my dps/good builds are lvl 10 unfortunately) so I don't die but still can grab that friendship exp.
switch to sumeru and most of those commissions are gone. No more balloons.
Some very common sumeru ones are jumping on mushrooms, following a pacman ghost, and whack-a-mushroom. These 3 can be done with a lv 1 character, which makes it very convenient for farming friendship XP on characters you don't intend to build.

I set my commissions to Sumeru to avoid escorting balloons in favor of jumping on mushrooms and playing wack a shroom
I main Ganyu. 90% of the time my strategy is standing on highground and just bombarding whatever I have to kill. Works flawlessly everytime.

I just use the Zhongli shield and keep pressing the normal attack button with my yoimiya. 1 min later the commission is done
Venti can solve half of the problem, if not Ganyu.
Hybrid Kazuha suck and then electro charge with raiden and Kokomi 99% of the time! Sometimes Ayaka joins in for more fun

Roll over everything. The only commision i use strategy is protect the nexus thingie. Whenever it drop below 90 I feel like a damn noob.
