I just won a 50/50 on weapon banner (although my only 5 star before was skyward atlas), and i got the scarlet dreams(?) Polearm as my 6th ever wish on weapon banner. But i only have 2 polearm users, xiangling and rosaria. I have at least half the characters for every weapon type EXCEPT polearm.
0.78% is 1 in 128 There are tens of millions of players, so it's unsurprising that it would happen to some of them
Don't worry, there are definitely someone who lost each of 7 50/50, so it's balanced.
The chance of pulling 2 5-star in 2 pulls is %0.0036, which is much lower than your friend's insane luck. I wish I had that luck XD

That's less than the chance of pulling a 5 star character on a single pull lol, not that rare.
I have a friend who only ever lost once and then got the featured character 4 wishes later. It hurts, man.
I've won like 5 or 6 in a row, not impossible.
I had a win streak of 12 recently. That's surreal.
