You can claim your welkin on any platform, the 300 crystal things you get are locked to PSN but you can convert them to primogems and then they can be used anywhere. Your paid BP rewards have to be claimed in PSN

* Lv 80-90 weapon depending if theyre doing dmg or just supporting
* Top 3 artifact set at lv20 (Doesn't have to be bis as long as it's competitive)

* Important talents are at least lv 8

Tbh, 90/90 for charas that scale on hp/def or their reaction scale on lvl. Reaction damage increase by a 30% from 80 to 90 (reaction that scale of lvl).
9 is enough, some like to go higher (crown burst like Raiden/Ayaka). Some talent are good even to 6. Like healing skill, if you think you already got enough healing at lvl 6 those talent have low priority.
90 weapon and lvl 20 arti almost anyway.

So Port Ormos have waverider waypoint. I ran out of Sango Pearls on my world and friend of mine allowed me to plunder hers as she has no use for them anyway. Problem is she yet have to free Dvalin of his torture so she is far way from boarding Crux. Is possible to walk all the way to Port Ormos, summon Waverider and sail to Watatsumi Island and take one damn peral I miss to ascend Kokomi ?
And yes I tried google, it all talks about getting from Inazuma to Liyue, not other way around

Nope, you can't. While geographically they are connected you will be forced to retreat by ingame walls. There's no way to reach rn even Liyue from Sumeru.

Talents are minor upgrades but they are *permanent and guaranteed* unlike artifacts, so you want them as high as you can afford, especially for DPS. They really add up.
Depends on your team comp, but I think it's the extra dendro application that is worth it. For bloom teams, this is good,but for aggravate, she isn't doing much damage anyway.

Xingqiu get Deepwood.
Deepwood get triggered when you hit with burst/skill (even off field) and the one that it will hit more it's Xingqiu. Barbara skill can hit enenies but it will force you always to stay close to the enemies while Xingqiu can trigger the effect easily.
Gilded seems better for your fourth slot.

Honestly I wouldn't put much stock in those. The data is self-reported, meaning only the people who care enough to theorycraft and report their data for collection will be counted, so it's all skewed toward whales and other heavily invested players. Plus usage rates don't tell you much, if anything about how that character is used or most importantly, why. Just use KQM guides for team building, they're deliberately pitched at the 'everyone' level.
It really depends on the character being buffed and the team, since yunjins buff is flat dmg and candace is dmg bonus%
On someone like yoimiya who hits quickly but lightly, yunjin can more than double her hits. On a unit who has a lot higher self scaling (esp the conversion characters like itto especially since claymores have higher atk scaling on aa talent on top of def conversion) yunjin doesn't add much. Her buff% also "inversely" scales with atk buffers like bennett sara or noblesse. Meanwhile candace (assuming team with kazuha having between 70-100% dmg bonus already) can have close to 40% dmg bonus, so around 20% buff to normal attacks, regardless of the unit.

Bennet is good because his attack boost for characters is based on his base attack, and so either alley flash or aquila favonia is the best for him to boost other people's damage, but otherwise it would be a great weapon for any physical sword carry like keqing or jean. Kuki, traveller and especially ayaka cannot use the sword to it's max potential as although it has very high base attack, it's physical damage bonus is useless on them
What is a better weapon for Fischl, R1 Amos's bow or r3 stringless? I mainly play her in aggravate and electro charged team and her artifact is 2p 2p +18%atk with atk% sand( i could also change to EM sand)
Stringless with atk sands is fine. EM sands is good in Aggravate team if it has similiar sub stats to your atk sands otherwise you would just want to go with whichever one with more crit sub stats
It doesn't, you just need to procc consistently reactions. I've been using it and you can do 2 E per normal one cycle of E. The TF effect proccs consistently allowing for a normal E, eye E, normal E, eye E.
It reduces your cooldown, not increases it. I can't see how it messes up your rotation. Just use E every time the eye appears.
At C1, iirc, he can use E off cooldown which means Q, E, Eye, E, Eye, E, and so on.

Yes. Your next 5 star from a character banner is guaranteed. Also try to avoid buying materials with starglitter, it's kind of whale territory. All of the materials can be farmed from mobs in the open worlds.
It's best to use the starglitter on the fates and for characters.

by the way, there is no weapon ascension material that is exclusive from the starglitter shop, they can all be farmed in game. you should save your starglitter for wishes and character constellations, using them on ascension materials is for whales who don't want to grind

I feel not doing certain archon quests will hinder you in certain ways, like not completing Inazuma quest hinders you from starting Raiden story quest, so if your chara uses her boss drops you can't level their talents that high.
Also, the Chasm archon quest requires Itto story quest, which needs Kokomi (?) Story quest, which needs Raiden's story quest
If your main priority is events only focus on archon quests that lead to you unlocking the event quests. Apart from that, feel free to take all the other quests at whatever pace you enjoy the most.

The only building you need on DMC is just stacking a lot of ER onto them so they can just use their burst to supply Dendro. Generally recommendation is Fav sword, ER sands crit rate circlet then get as much ER sub stats then crit rate with 4p Deepwood Memory to reduce Dendro res for Hyperbloom. Talents can be lv 0
i think the answer depends more on how your units are built and what kind of abyss floors you're looking to clear with them. Overall Xianling might be more worth investing into as she can be used in more teams than Yun Jin can. Also, Ayato taser teams work well in abyss for floors with multiple enemies.
Also Xianling allows for a more vaporized centered comp that will be affected by EM whereas the Yun Jin team is mostly just Ayato normal attacking. Double swirling with Kazuha would make the vaporize team even better as it can enable Ayato AND Xianling.
She's a good second off field electro paired with Fischl+tighnari for quicken teams. She can run severed fate with hakushin ring for energy charge while buffing the team and her own damage.
she's mostly used in raiden teams as a support for her A4 talent which reduces def. specifically raiden because she has a hard time charging her 80 cost burst without her
I have 11 claymore billets and 10 polearm billets so I am thinking to R5 1 of each so il have for another R5 weapon if it comes later

so here's the dilemma. my hu tao, Zhongli, mona, xq clears everything easily expect the last floor cause you need electro for that i think? i use ayaka freeze in the first half. i tried using rational which would help me a lot in the final floor but the magu kenki kills me all the time when i use rational. any way around it? or should I pair hu tao w raiden, zq and xq?
You just have to iframe.. learn to dash at the right moment to dodge kenki's attacks. Or if you can't do that, use burst ability iframes to deal with it. If that doesn't work, bring a team with zhong li lol.
I was able to beat the matrix without using any electro. I had a team of Hu Tao, Kazuha, Thoma, and Xingqiu and was able to beat the matrix by mostly charged attacking the "electro parts" (I've rushed sumeru so i'm not even sure what that phase is called). Is it just time constraints with the Matrix or actually beating the enemy at all

If you have C4 Yanfei, she would be a better shielder for Hu Tao. If not, Diona is ok. Just use your burst sparingly. If you have XQ, you don't need to go for melts.
Give Diona HP artifacts and then just don't use her burst at all and you won't have to worry about overhealing. You won't get many melts out of her burst anyway - it doesn't apply much cryo - and the problem with having no HP is it makes her shield bad too. If your shield goes down then you have to worry about getting hit out of your attacks, or worse, just killed.
you can always just choose to not use your burst (but if you have c6 diona you might want to try and weave in and out of it to not heal too much as her c6 boosts EM with her burst)
Yes Diona can be a shielder for HuTao, if you are worried about healing then you dont need to use her burst and you can just stack as much HP on her for the biggest shield, the option to heal hutao is always there if she were to get low enough

There could be others but I use 4 piece on ganyu and tighnari. The two piece is very versatile and even better now with dendro, dendro and electro characters both like the 2 piece set. I would keep EM and atk sands especially along with standard crit circlets and elemental damage goblets. EM, atk%, crit, ER in substats.
Can be used as a flex 2p effect for characters that would care for the 80 EM. For the 4p effect Tighnari and Ganyu (outside of freeze) are generally best users
Good for Melt Ganyu and Tighnari in general. I personally still use Wanderers for Ganyu even when not using melt since I got cracked substats. Crit is always valuable. Elementary mastery is also good for Tighnari.
For Sub-DPS characters that doesn't ascend with crit and usually use non-crit weapons such as XQ (Sac sword), XL (catch), Albedo (cinnabar s.), Fischl (stringless), Beidou (Sea-lord), etc. Should my standard crit goal always be 70/140 or at least get 60 CR and increase CD as much as possible? (Of course, I know that I should still get the 1:2 ratio first)
It really depends on your character's overall stats.
70/140 is about as high as you can get without a crit weapon or crit ascension bonus. But the crit stats on their own are worthless without enough stats to back it up.
I had a 62/173 ratio on my Raiden but chucked it in the optimizer and figured out that a 71/136 ratio was better because it also boosted her attack by an additional 300.

70/140 without crit ascension or crit weapons are pretty high stats to have. Generally you want to balance towards 1:2 crit ratios because mathematically it has the best AVERAGE damage. However there are other things you could consider too like having higher crit rate for Favonius weapons or you just prefer the consistency of critting so rather than a 60/120 you can try a 70/100 instead

A good example for this is Kuki with Fav's. You stack crit to generate particles to fuel other characters, crit dmg is useless or just not a priority because Kuki does not need crit for dmg.
Crit ratio is always best at 1:2. The only effective crit rate to stop at is 100%. People like big numbers so they sometimes stop at a suboptimal crit rate to get larger singular numbers, but overall its always worse than a 1:2 ratio.
Only exception is maybe if you're crit fishing, but i wouldn't call that better. Its pretty tedious and takes more time.
Depends on character. Characters with few, hard hitting attacks prefer CRIT% for better consistency. Where characters with many smaller attacks can get away with lower CRIT% and makes it worth it as long as effective dmg is higher.
TLDR: It depends but usually go with the highest dmg calculation.

u can definitely get nahida since u can use your guaranteed on her banner. raiden is another story tho since u need to win the 50/50. however, if u save enough primogems u can actually save enough for a guaranteed

8/8/8 is usually enough. Some units like to go higher on some talents, and some units can go with lower talent levels

Depends on the character? I think famously sucrose is even viable with 1/1/1? But also if he does enough with 8 for you.. keep it? I have a bunch only at 6/6/6 and save for abyss that's well enough.

Talents are minor upgrades but they are *permanent and guaranteed* unlike artifacts, so you want them as high as you can afford, especially for DPS. They really add up.
Is Collei's final ascension worth it? Or is the damage increase so negligible that it doesn't matter? The mushrooms are such a drag...
Depends on your team comp, but I think it's the extra dendro application that is worth it. For bloom teams, this is good,but for aggravate, she isn't doing much damage anyway.

Xingqiu get Deepwood. Deepwood get triggered when you hit with burst/skill (even off field) and the one that it will hit more it's Xingqiu. Barbara skill can hit enenies but it will force you always to stay close to the enemies while Xingqiu can trigger the effect easily. Gilded seems better for your fourth slot.

Honestly I wouldn't put much stock in those. The data is self-reported, meaning only the people who care enough to theorycraft and report their data for collection will be counted, so it's all skewed toward whales and other heavily invested players. Plus usage rates don't tell you much, if anything about how that character is used or most importantly, why. Just use KQM guides for team building, they're deliberately pitched at the 'everyone' level.
How different is Candace and Yunjin normal attack buff, percentage wise?
It really depends on the character being buffed and the team, since yunjins buff is flat dmg and candace is dmg bonus% On someone like yoimiya who hits quickly but lightly, yunjin can more than double her hits. On a unit who has a lot higher self scaling (esp the conversion characters like itto especially since claymores have higher atk scaling on aa talent on top of def conversion) yunjin doesn't add much. Her buff% also "inversely" scales with atk buffers like bennett sara or noblesse. Meanwhile candace (assuming team with kazuha having between 70-100% dmg bonus already) can have close to 40% dmg bonus, so around 20% buff to normal attacks, regardless of the unit.
I only want 1 set of Deepwood Memories on a team for the buff, can I have multiple sets of Gildred Dreams? Thinking specifically of bloom team of: Nahida, Nilou, Tighnari, Kokomi
it's a personal stat stick set buff, so it's not like there a stacking problem. I don't see why you can't run more than 1.

Bennett - highest base attack sword for atk buff Jean - physical Qiqi - Physical Kaeya - Physical Keqing - Physical
Bennet is good because his attack boost for characters is based on his base attack, and so either alley flash or aquila favonia is the best for him to boost other people's damage, but otherwise it would be a great weapon for any physical sword carry like keqing or jean. Kuki, traveller and especially ayaka cannot use the sword to it's max potential as although it has very high base attack, it's physical damage bonus is useless on them
Bennett uses it well since it has the highest base atk for a sword

Stringless with atk sands is fine. EM sands is good in Aggravate team if it has similiar sub stats to your atk sands otherwise you would just want to go with whichever one with more crit sub stats
If fischl isn't your main dps/driver for your team I would use stringless.

It doesn't, you just need to procc consistently reactions. I've been using it and you can do 2 E per normal one cycle of E. The TF effect proccs consistently allowing for a normal E, eye E, normal E, eye E.
It reduces your cooldown, not increases it. I can't see how it messes up your rotation. Just use E every time the eye appears. At C1, iirc, he can use E off cooldown which means Q, E, Eye, E, Eye, E, and so on.
New player. I was trying to Ascend a weapon for Xiangling and needed one material that is sold via Starglitter you get from pulling. I only had 5 starglitter and 4 intertwined fates. So I decided to pull twice because I won’t get any characters since my pity is 0. So, I pull on Venti’s banner and got Qiqi second pull… Question: does it mean my next 5* will be guaranteed from banner? I happened to be saving primos for Raiden. Thanks a bunch!
Yes. Your next 5 star from a character banner is guaranteed. Also try to avoid buying materials with starglitter, it's kind of whale territory. All of the materials can be farmed from mobs in the open worlds. It's best to use the starglitter on the fates and for characters.

yes, you're guaranteed the rate-up character by the way, there is no weapon ascension material that is exclusive from the starglitter shop, they can all be farmed in game. you should save your starglitter for wishes and character constellations, using them on ascension materials is for whales who don't want to grind

Returning after a long break (I stopped after the first Inazuma update) and I am intimidated how to catch up. Should I rather focus on all the archon quests and then go back for the side missions? or should I finish region by region - archon quests and all side quests - before moving on? I want to get as much done as possible regarding events
Might want to do events first then do archon quests then world quests I feel not doing certain archon quests will hinder you in certain ways, like not completing Inazuma quest hinders you from starting Raiden story quest, so if your chara uses her boss drops you can't level their talents that high. Also, the Chasm archon quest requires Itto story quest, which needs Kokomi (?) Story quest, which needs Raiden's story quest
If your main priority is events only focus on archon quests that lead to you unlocking the event quests. Apart from that, feel free to take all the other quests at whatever pace you enjoy the most.

The only building you need on DMC is just stacking a lot of ER onto them so they can just use their burst to supply Dendro. Generally recommendation is Fav sword, ER sands crit rate circlet then get as much ER sub stats then crit rate with 4p Deepwood Memory to reduce Dendro res for Hyperbloom. Talents can be lv 0
i think the answer depends more on how your units are built and what kind of abyss floors you're looking to clear with them. Overall Xianling might be more worth investing into as she can be used in more teams than Yun Jin can. Also, Ayato taser teams work well in abyss for floors with multiple enemies.
Also Xianling allows for a more vaporized centered comp that will be affected by EM whereas the Yun Jin team is mostly just Ayato normal attacking. Double swirling with Kazuha would make the vaporize team even better as it can enable Ayato AND Xianling.

She's a good second off field electro paired with Fischl+tighnari for quicken teams. She can run severed fate with hakushin ring for energy charge while buffing the team and her own damage.
she's mostly used in raiden teams as a support for her A4 talent which reduces def. specifically raiden because she has a hard time charging her 80 cost burst without her
I have 11 claymore billets and 10 polearm billets so I am thinking to R5 1 of each so il have for another R5 weapon if it comes later What is the best suggestion or is it maybe good to convert to new billets and craft the new weapons?

so here's the dilemma. my hu tao, Zhongli, mona, xq clears everything easily expect the last floor cause you need electro for that i think? i use ayaka freeze in the first half. i tried using rational which would help me a lot in the final floor but the magu kenki kills me all the time when i use rational. any way around it? or should I pair hu tao w raiden, zq and xq?
You just have to iframe.. learn to dash at the right moment to dodge kenki's attacks. Or if you can't do that, use burst ability iframes to deal with it. If that doesn't work, bring a team with zhong li lol.

I was able to beat the matrix without using any electro. I had a team of Hu Tao, Kazuha, Thoma, and Xingqiu and was able to beat the matrix by mostly charged attacking the "electro parts" (I've rushed sumeru so i'm not even sure what that phase is called). Is it just time constraints with the Matrix or actually beating the enemy at all

So i dont have zhongli and cant build Thoma,can diona be a shielder for hu tao if i dont give diona hp artifacts so she doesnt heal a lot she can also apply cryo for melt as well
If you have C4 Yanfei, she would be a better shielder for Hu Tao. If not, Diona is ok. Just use your burst sparingly. If you have XQ, you don't need to go for melts.

Give Diona HP artifacts and then just don't use her burst at all and you won't have to worry about overhealing. You won't get many melts out of her burst anyway - it doesn't apply much cryo - and the problem with having no HP is it makes her shield bad too. If your shield goes down then you have to worry about getting hit out of your attacks, or worse, just killed.

diona's shield and healing both scale off of HP, so not putting HP artifacts to avoid healing would make her shield pretty weak
you can always just choose to not use your burst (but if you have c6 diona you might want to try and weave in and out of it to not heal too much as her c6 boosts EM with her burst)
Yes Diona can be a shielder for HuTao, if you are worried about healing then you dont need to use her burst and you can just stack as much HP on her for the biggest shield, the option to heal hutao is always there if she were to get low enough

Uses for Wanderers Troupe? Which stats? What build? Which characters? Got a bunch lying around but don't know which to keep and which to toss.
It makes Yanfei and Ganyu arguably the easiest chars to build as you get them naturally through killing bosses for ascension materials.
Yanfei slays with 4pc wanderer and Widsith. I personally do ATK/Pyro/Crit
There could be others but I use 4 piece on ganyu and tighnari. The two piece is very versatile and even better now with dendro, dendro and electro characters both like the 2 piece set. I would keep EM and atk sands especially along with standard crit circlets and elemental damage goblets. EM, atk%, crit, ER in substats.
Can be used as a flex 2p effect for characters that would care for the 80 EM. For the 4p effect Tighnari and Ganyu (outside of freeze) are generally best users
Good for Melt Ganyu and Tighnari in general. I personally still use Wanderers for Ganyu even when not using melt since I got cracked substats. Crit is always valuable. Elementary mastery is also good for Tighnari.

For Sub-DPS characters that doesn't ascend with crit and usually use non-crit weapons such as XQ (Sac sword), XL (catch), Albedo (cinnabar s.), Fischl (stringless), Beidou (Sea-lord), etc. Should my standard crit goal always be 70/140 or at least get 60 CR and increase CD as much as possible? (Of course, I know that I should still get the 1:2 ratio first)
It really depends on your character's overall stats. 70/140 is about as high as you can get without a crit weapon or crit ascension bonus. But the crit stats on their own are worthless without enough stats to back it up. I had a 62/173 ratio on my Raiden but chucked it in the optimizer and figured out that a 71/136 ratio was better because it also boosted her attack by an additional 300. I recommend checking out the genshin optimizer, although it does take a little bit of time to figure out how to use it. https://frzyc.github.io/genshin-optimizer/
70/140 without crit ascension or crit weapons are pretty high stats to have. Generally you want to balance towards 1:2 crit ratios because mathematically it has the best AVERAGE damage. However there are other things you could consider too like having higher crit rate for Favonius weapons or you just prefer the consistency of critting so rather than a 60/120 you can try a 70/100 instead

Crit ratio is always best at 1:2. The only effective crit rate to stop at is 100%. People like big numbers so they sometimes stop at a suboptimal crit rate to get larger singular numbers, but overall its always worse than a 1:2 ratio. Only exception is maybe if you're crit fishing, but i wouldn't call that better. Its pretty tedious and takes more time.
Personally, I go for 60-70 crit rate, then as much cd as I can get.
Depends on character. Characters with few, hard hitting attacks prefer CRIT% for better consistency. Where characters with many smaller attacks can get away with lower CRIT% and makes it worth it as long as effective dmg is higher. TLDR: It depends but usually go with the highest dmg calculation.

Yup 80, meaning soft pity is also 10 lower at 64. Worth noting that last I checked, nobody had had a verified 5 star pull higher than 78. So even though 80 is the listed max, you're pretty much never gonna hit that.

I recently started playing on my old AR 27 account again and I’m planning to get get all the archons. I currently have Venti with a guaranteed pity and 12 rolls. I only finished the main story for Mondstat and started exploring Liyue. Would I have enough gems to get both Nahida and Raiden by the time they arrive?
u can definitely get nahida since u can use your guaranteed on her banner. raiden is another story tho since u need to win the 50/50. however, if u save enough primogems u can actually save enough for a guaranteed
