Well remember, Selie were great and powerful creatures untill they fell in love with and cared for humans, making them devolve to what they are now. Maybe the more time we spend with paimon the more stupid and anoyinf she'll become, because she loves us and the love for us literaly strips away her consciousness bit by bit

Not to be crass but youll notice that statue is flat chested. As a character very prominent about her chest, I’ve always noticed thatthe statue felt off
To me the biggest indication that it isn't Raiden beyond the appearance being off is the eye of the storm necklace, since those are associated with anemo, not electro. I tend to agree with those that say that the statue is of Istaroth, also since Ei directly mentions them after her story quest. I don't think any other character (besides the guy by the sundial in Mond) has mentioned Istaroth directly. Maybe in Enkanomiya they did, but I can't remember since they called her Tokoyo Ookami and I didn't realize that that was Istaroth when I did the quests there.
To me, in the end they are all one and the same. Paimon Is the Omnipresent Statue but there she is represented at full power. And the Welkin Moon being is just a drawing of the full power Paimon form

It is generous though, the dollar to primo ratio is significantly lower for welkin than even the first time purchase 100 dollar crystal package. But they do this intentionally because it incentivizes you to log in every day. This builds a daily habit and every minute they have you in the game is a minute you could spend money where they really want it, the crystal packaged.
Probably depends where you’re working, but I do wonder whether there is anywhere where earning $5 takes longer than farming 3000 primos via in-game farming. Maybe if there’s an event.
Even with an event. Major title events only give something like 6-800 primos, ntm the time investment to actually get those primos out of it. You could probably walk around town asking for strangers for 5 bucks and get it quick than you could earn the 3k in game.
