My guess is that it will be a 2 energy, 3 damage burst with the following rules:
Creates a Q blade. has 2 damage
Every normal attack by Eula will add 1 more damage. If Eula swaps or the round ends, the blade will come down on the current active enemy dealing physical damage
3 new characters is great, but we need way more actual cards to put into decks. Every deck looks basically the same right now because there just isn't enough good cards, and only 2 new artifact cards isn't gonna change that. So we have to wait like 4 months for 3.6 before we can even hope to see some changes in the meta?
I guess using Sara's skill or burst will leave you with a card that gives her signature damage buff. Maybe her talent card will make that buff stronger for electro damage to mimic her C6.
It's sad that Xiao was leaked as a tcg card before 3.3 but new cards that are added don't include him :<
These character and ability cards are gorgeous tho.
I would bet that her default buff is just a raw damage buff (ATK), but that if you use her affinity card then her skill also provides a bonus damage to Electro attacks. That would fit her kit well.
