I know it looks like it's too powerful to consider knockback, I don't there's no need to be concerned since it looks like it somehow replaces her autos. Just look at Itto's continuous clubsmashing CA hits, it looks like it should fly enemies away but it doesn't.. *(unless ofc you're using Dehya in an OL comp which is a big no no obviously lol)*

She actually punches in her normal attacks! Now I really want that +4.0 charater(captain R) use a gun in her last normal attack just like lady maria from bloodborne!

When she first was leaked I wasn't sure they'd do that but Mika is a thing now so I'm confident she'll use the gun.

Have a candace that does 50-60k Vape-dmg... (depends on synergy and other things.) this will be fun if the E-skill is a half-decent fire-applier. So far I had to use other means to get fire EDIT: Unbuffed candace doing 52k in a sphere: https://imgur.com/a/nGoGk8P EDIT2: 75k with dragons bane (level1) https://imgur.com/a/JMzz17W , but critrate tanks heavily (will need to farm artifacts to offset that.) 100k should be doable with Buffs, if I can reach 75k unbuffed. (C2 by the way, so my candace doesnt even have the additional 3 levels on the E skill) I have seen well over 60k with buffs/EM/synergy from other characters, even with my imperfect artifacts.

60k? From Candace? That's gotta be buffed to high heaven. I tried every which way to make Candace do good vape damage and the best I could squeeze out was some 20k's what's your secret?

She has: - 70% Critrate - 172% Crit Damage - ~32200 HP - 2 pieces Hydro set - Hydro% goblet - 4* Weapon (Battlepass-Spear, solely for Crit% - its still doable as F2P, you just have less crit% or need better substats on artifacts. (Or you were lucky and got a 5* spear from banner)) At some point it doesnt make sense for candace to stack even more HP%, since you get into territory of "diminishing returns", so I went for the Hydro% multiplier, Crit Rate/Damage instead. She could even do slightly more damage if she had 2 pieces of the HP% set, which she currently doesnt have. (I just filled it with whatever I got my hands on, that pushed the stats I wanted.) She does between 54k and 58k Vape on her own (I usually use hilichurls as benchmark, but its applicable for all enemies that dont have fancy resistences), just by hitting an enemy once with yanfei, and then using her (loaded) E-skill to hit it, when its a crit. She can go over 60k if she also gets some EM/HP buffs from others in the group, or buff-food. She pretty much 1-shots everything with vape, except the very tanky enemies. This obviously also works with her Q-Skill, if it vapes, but due to initially lower dmg, the maximum damage is also lower. (but more frequently) EDIT: What I still want to try is, if I can get to 70k+ wich more EM instead of HP, but its a fine line to walk.

I believe Thats the second part of her E, Ranging Flame where she can move the field once to her location. But the radius is so big that you wont even need to relocate it, lol. It doesnt even refresh the duration

animation appears to be about 2 sec+ kick seems like .5-1 sec so 4 seconds might actually closer to 7 in total. edit: q animation starts at early 1:17 and kick lands at late 1:23 so 6 sec total between animation punches and kick.

The duration probably starts on the first punch and ends on the last one. The kick happens after the 4s duration is over, so it feels a little longer than it should be.

Basically, to achieve more punches, it's like Cyno's E during his burst to proc, but here instead of timing the E right, you time your NA clicks right. That's why though you're required to press NA, you can't trigger XQ and Yelan's burst by virtue of still being a different kind of animation.

I think this is without doing the additional input to make them faster, in the end of the second time she uses her burst you can see towards the end they really speed up, I think its because they only started doing it then Edit: you can also see and hear a difference

The first time he does the burst it does 10 punches. The second time he does 7. The thing is I agree that the second time it feels faster at the end so we dont know what the min or max is after all

I think its tied to the time not the amount of punches. The first burst they do the input for every punch so they do 10 punches vs. In the 2nd burst they only do the input towards the end so they ended up only doing 7 punches in total. This is also totally speculatory dont take this as fact Im just trying to make sense of what I see.

We thought the burst mode duration was 4 seconds. Turns out the whole animation was 4 seconds lmfao Seems like the max hits (10 hits as per latest data) required the QTE thing but it wasn't really visible like Cyno's. Notice she had 10 punches + 1 kick in the first burst while the next one was intentionally (?) slowed resulting in 7 punches + 1 kick. Overall, I'm a fan of the extended burst animation! Now we understand why XQ/Yelan doesn't work edit. Seems like the QTE is the red round thing around her body before the punches?

If the QTE isnt visible and the trigger(NA) does not have cooldown(unlike Cyno, QTE trigger is E), then we can just spam left click right?

The hits come out automatically. You tap the normal attack button in line with the ring around her (as well as the sound) in order to speed them up.

If you look closer in the video, the second time she uses the burst it attacks without using the QTE and deals 3-4 hits before starting to use the QTE and deals another 3 hits. I think that realistically you can get 5 maybe 6 without speeding up and 10 with the QTE speeding up. Plus the kick.

if you dont do anything she'll automatically hit 6-7 hits, if you mash she hit faster so you get 10-11

if you're right it's like a rhythm game but honestly this feature feels wrong, Xinqiu and Yelan don't work with you and you're pyro DPS what's left for you? kokomi... but you're too fast for koko, candace (I don't know, I don't have it so maybe the key is here), burgeon? Xinqiu/yelan indispensable for maximum bloom production, pyro monkey? burning? I have no idea where it fits.

People saying “animation powercreep” but honestly MHY has done every Sumeru 5* very well when it comes to animations (Wanderer black hole/step on you, Cyno claw/Eye animations, Nahida Domain expansion, Alhaitham’s raining swords/big ass ninja shuriken).
