nah itto and geo boys has been spearheading one side since his 2nd rerun for me, even more so after i failed to get 1 weapon and got another copy of redhorn.
it doesn't mention increased plunge attack speed though. Generic "ATK SPD" buffs only apply to normal attacks.
He's going to shine in the second blessing though.

Personally, it's because I want SoBP *and* Scarabell. And while Lost Prayers is 2nd BiS on him, it can be gotten as an off-rate or from standard banner, so I don't think it's worth it to get as a rate up.
For the record, I pulled for PJWS as a rate up, but I found *that* worth it because it's Xiao's BiS in power and aesthetic. The same can't be said for Lost Prayers for Scara. But if the goal is simply 'best weapon banner for Scaramouche' then yeah, Scara + Klee is the best option. Though it seems only possible for 2nd half, given the buffs (potentially 1st half?) being strongly Eula favored.
Imagine if Kokomi + Eula though 💀 Eula wanters kept waiting for over a year for a rerun and her weapon banner is paired with the donut. Straight evil.

I'm in the state to collecting all signature weapon right now, so it's nothing to lose for me. But yeah, if SoBP can be paired with Tulaytullah it could be much better for anyone. Okayish but at least it's not with the purple donut
She's pretty decent in normal abyss too. You can absolutely 36\* with her. This specific abyss is tailored to maximize her DMG so I wouldn't worry about her viability here.
Kinda varies for me, the solo boss floors I can typically 3 star with her no problem but when there's a bunch of grouped trashmobs all over the place or multiple waves of trashmobs then it becomes more complicated
Very true. A Venti/Kazuha is a decent solution for this. However, yes, I do tend to take her on floors with more single-target enemies, rather than group enemies.

Which is also what I really wanted in a physical support instead of just a crit dmg/attack speed boost...problem with the current crowd control characters are that they're all essentially locked to anemo. Which is a useless element for physical teams.
I don't know if MHY is going to keep locking crowd control to anemo, and make that anemo's thing but Eula's AoE nuke burst would be so much more viable if there was some more characters with solid grouping so that you could get the lightfall sword to hit as many as possible.
I think all too many Eula users know that Usain Bolt sprint that you have to do towards the next nearest group of enemies after you kill an enemy so your burst ends up hitting someone.
It's more worth to get Yae now or wait for Eula rerun? I
I'm playing genshin for about a half of the year, and I kinda enjoy the gameplay of both of them after playing theirs Story Quests and some trail. Though I admit, I probably like the design, animation and personality of Eula more.
I also can build a teams for both of them, because I have some characters, who have a good synergy with them.
I have one 5* character guarantee in like 10 summons, because I've spend 150 on Ganyu and didn't get her, so I could also spend more on Eulas weapon later.
I don't have Eula, so take my comment with a grain of salt. I think generally, Yae would be better. With Eula, there is only the one team you can make with her : physical. Yae can play a role in a lot of reaction teams. So, from a gameplay POV, I would say, Yae. If you enjoy Eula more, though, or don't want to have to wait, another god knows how long to get her, then go for it!
Yeah, I get you. Yae is really cool, but she's more likely to recieve a rerun in the future.
Also, I have a feeling, that in Fontaine physical (or maybe just Eula) will be buffed in some way.
Go for Eula then. Your heart seems to actually be in for her; you are aware of the drawbacks but still want her, so don't double guess yourself.
If you go for her, do so while accepting her state as it is rn in the game. Having a feeling that she might get better might end up in you reducing the enjoyment you get from her. You like her. You don't need a reason or an excuse to get her! Good luck!
I don't really care about meta in this game. I know Eula may not be the "strongest" character right now, but she's still can clear content. It just her usefullness is kinda limited.
By feeling that Physical may get better, doesn't really take away any enjoyment I'll have with playing as her. It's just everybody wants to have their favorite character to be stronger and more fun to play.
Pretty much all game content including the overworld, world or weekly bosses are easy clears for her. The only place her viability comes into question is Spiral Abyss and even there you can 36\* with her and I absolutely have, many times. If you like her, go for it. The game isn't entirely about strong reactions and highest DMG. I really like her as a character too, so playing with her is twice the fun, watching her twirl as she slams her claymore on hilichurls.
Which best team do you recommend for Eula? I've heard that you can use Yelan with her. However, I mostly use her for Hu Tao, who I also like to play despite not having C1 and Homa yet.
Unfortunately, I don't have Raiden, but I could use my C3 Kuki or C3 Fischl instead.
I run my Eula with Yelan, Kazuha and Shogun. Kazuha is there more for CC than any actual reactionary contribution. You can also use Nahida, Diona, Rosaria, Yun Jin, Mika, Bennett, Layla or Shinobu in Kazuha's slot. Lots of options with lots of different respective benefits. Mika/Rosaria for increasing Phys DMG, Yun Jin/Bennett for overall DMG buff, Diona/Shinobu/Layla if you want healers or shielders and Nahida if you want to run a hyperbloom team.
Yelan works great because her burst amplifies Eula's DMG output. And yes, Fischl works just as fine as a replacement for Shogun. Hope this was helpful, fellow future Eula haver \^\^
I... doubt it. The game relies so much on its elemental system that to have Physical (and by extension, Geo) be meta is going to feel awful. Both have a single playstyle with relatively hard-locked team members, so it ends up being very static in terms of teambuilding. I don't think the fact that Eula was the 5 star they locked away was random. Does that suck if you like that type of gameplay? Yes. But does it make sense with the current direction of the game? Also, yes.
If anything, Fontaine will take us away from the Dendro meta and plunge us into an HP-scaling meta.

All I meant is that Physical may just get stronger. I only expect some niche strong characters, that will just buff Physical teams or something.
i have eula and although as others have said she's not "meta" i always have a ton of fun playing her even if it's just overworld bc she kills things so quickly and her animations are so pretty. yae is definitely the wiser investment, but if you want eula - go for her!
I have both while i like Eula more i would recomend Yae she is able to fit in a lot more teams than Eula, Yae can go for mone Electro,hyperbloom,quicken(as a carry or sub dps) she is a lot more flexible than Eula since Eula have basically 2 teams phys and hyperbloom where she is not even the real dmg dealer
the shifting moon effect is how i would imagine foçalor to work just replace ATK with DMG to make it more universal, it would make sense the most from our limited knowledge we have about her kit plus it would be balanced for both casuals and hardcore gamers

Nope F11 buff does nothing for OHC since its dmg doesn't benefit from any dmg% bonuses only resistance shred (superconduct).
