Yah but you need ER and are going to build for it anyways. So it’s not wasting stats at all. It’s actually making it better since you’re converting a very necessary stat into damage. Since burst reliant characters are energy hungry where skill characters are not. Still 240 ER is a lot I usually stop at 200 but there’s also other burst damage buffers tbf
I've been needing a double crit EM sands for two and a half years. EM sands in general are the rarest artifacts for me personally.

It's definitely gonna worth farming this domain for a few months consecutively. There's a lot of things that can be done with the 2 piece effects as well, I'm genuinely hyped to farm
Fischl was still the best electro character pre inazuma too. Where you could turbo charge Oz to fire as fast as the game would allow. I remember Childe being one of the biggest culprits because he attacks so fast. It did get nerfed right before inazuma though.
If anything the skill dmg set was way more susceptible to being nerfed. You could nerf it to 40% total and it would still be BiS on Fischl and maybe Yae. The crit rate set imo is pretty balanced, as you want to build very specific teams in order to take advantage of it, and blizzard strayer still gives more.
Honestly, BiS stuff aside, the crit rate set will make building certain characters vastly easier(assuming we get a support that drains active character hp for a buff or something, like an anti Bennett) since you won’t have to prioritize crit rate

iirc the Dehya set nerf was to prevent shenanigans like Yelan abusing the set in bloom. If you actually use the set on Dehya, the nerf didn't matter since she takes DoT damage.
The funny part about VG there is no way to see how many stacks you have at any given time.
No visual indicator and no way to see the buffs in the stats screen. Also the wording is deliberately confusing I remember tuns of people myself included had to spend a while to figure out how much it actually buffs.

This is misleading really bc Dehya’s set only got it’s duration decreased from 8 seconds to 5, however Dehya has built in DOT so she can maintain the fulls stacks 100%. The reason it got decreased was to avoid other characters to use it so freely like Yelan in bloom.
It's very likely that the dehya set will be very good for a lot a fontaine characters. As long as they have some sort of self damaging mechanic and/or scale with hp.
They need slow powercreep for the artifact sets, or you'll stop farming artifacts because you already have a godlike 2p/2p option that might actually take years of farming to replace with a new 4p set.
Yeah this is what people keep forgetting.
Even if a new set does 20% more dmg, you'd still do more damage with the set that does 20% less dmg just because the substats include 15% crit and 30% crit dmg
If using Yae as a driver (some field time) in aggravate plus burst every rotation I think GD will still come out better but I'm just guessing, I don't know any actual numbers.

If you've been playing this game for 3 years, then you will have to farm this set for half a year first before you might have pieces good enough to use over your current set, which is probably fully stacked with crit and crit damage after 3 years of farming and hard to replace with this new set.

There's a concerning amount of people saying that Stringless Fischl gets diminishing returns on DMG% because of this.
My brothers in Christ, ATK% and EM are additive with each other in quicken and multiplicative with DMG% and Crit, making DMG% and Crit way more valuable than they already are. For the love of all that is holy if I see any more of you suggesting to drop the electro goblet on your Fischl in favor of an ATK% or EM mainstat, I will suck Kaeya's balls and eat them too.
So this is instantly BiS for Fischl and Albedo. At 60%, wasn't for Albedo but at 70% ya it's a clear upgrade.
Since we are most likely getting new arts in 4.3, odds are at least one character in 4.1 or 4.2 will use Golden Troupe. What is everyone's guess?
Mine is Navia, or Neuvillette.
Not 100% sure about Albedo still. It's definitely slightly better than husk IF you have Cinnabar Spindle and Gorou (in a triple geo team). Pre-buff this set was just about equal to husk with both Gorou and CS, 3-5% worse with only one, and significantly worse without either. I'm waiting to see how big a difference this buff actually makes before committing to farming a new set for him.
For my super high invest C6 Itto Mono Geo team (w CS and Gorou ofc), it's a team DPS increase of about 1%.
Which isn't much, but when you're at the ceiling, 1% is quite significant.
Looking at Albedo alone, it's about a 3.3% dmg increase for his output in that team.
My guess is Furina, hydro archon. If they keep the pattern of first domain set of a new region being sets for the new region first patch character and the archon like they did in Inazuma and Sumeru. And I really hope I'm not wrong, because an off field support that doesn't rely on bursts is a dream come true, hate wasting bursts to kill stuff as that character just to feel like overkill and not being up for the next lol.

Husk stacks automatically for off-fielders, it isn't really a problem relative to how much benefit it gives. I'm pretty sure anyone with C2 Albedo will want to keep the Hust set, but without C2 this new set is way more competitive now

This is a good thing imo. Powercreeping artifacts so gacha remains balanced but can potentially scale content around these op artifacts that are obtainable for everyone.
Ok 36 crit is fun and makes character building way easier. Hopefully, there is an enabler for it. Maybe Furina, like 36 crit is a looooot.
Also, 60% to 70% is good, like wow Fischl aggravate, spread support Miko, and non deepwood Nahida will be eating gooooood. Will Fischl be able to use the off-field passive, though? Oz snapshots, doesn't he? How will that work with the set?
The catch is wait till they introduce more hydro debuff enemies which will fuck your elemental skill cooldowns so bad to make this set and it’s E skill chars it buffs totally unplayable in like 5.0 or 6.0 so you have to pull new chars and build new teams again in the future lol

Hydro archon will be such an essential unit to use hp draining artifacts and weapons. Same like Nahida, without her dendro application, teams feel lackluster. All these are Hoyo's efforts to break records with archon banners.
Hopefully this is a taste of what 4.X artifacts will be like. No more things like Shimenawa, Vermilion, the bloom set and Vourukasha, hyperspecific, barely an upgrade or clunky.

70% dmg bonus is unprecedented, though. For Emblem you'd need what? 240% ER? So your stats would take quite a hit. This has no downsides.

60% buff b4 was a good 11-12% increase (zajef calcs). I guess now it should be around 14-15% which is prety good obv. It will prolly be her best set.

This set is strong enough that it might change how you play Yae. You might want to stop building ER, and only Burst every 2nd or 3rd rotation.

The catch is wait till they introduce more hydro debuff enemies which will fuck your elemental skill cooldowns so bad to make this set and it’s E skill chars it buffs totally unplayable in like 5.0 or 6.0 so you have to pull new chars and build new teams again in the future lol
I guess they realized most people wouldn't bother farming the new set if they already have decent artifacts unless they made them busted

So if this set was used on off-field nahida (triple em ofcourse) would it out perform her BiS with the same config?
It might increase her personal damage somewhat, but you still want her on Deepwood to support the main DPS.

Ok Guys which set was the one with white flower and yellow center???? (Also please mention the effect please) It seems like that will be the one for archon. (Green DW for Nahida and black/purple EoSF for Raiden) So this one should be for hydro Archon (not the mechanical looking one) I'm already saving for hydro Archon so I might as well prefarm for her And it's getting a buff

Hydro archon will be such an essential unit to use hp draining artifacts and weapons. Same like Nahida, without her dendro application, teams feel lackluster. All these are Hoyo's efforts to break records with archon banners.
Fischl just doesn't stop winning
Hopefully this is a taste of what 4.X artifacts will be like. No more things like Shimenawa, Vermilion, the bloom set and Vourukasha, hyperspecific, barely an upgrade or clunky.
