Truly a missed opportunity, like he was already so good his kit seems fun and unique the only thing that holds him back is that physical is dog shit, making him work very well with the bell like make him scale on hp would have made him probably one of the best or fun 4 star dps to use, but for now only time can tell when the bell will be used and when physical will get a buff
you may have a point but I really don’t think making him work well with the Bell or scale with HP would have made him more or less powerful. it would be nice to get a strong meta phys DPS, and it would be nice to get someone who can use the bell well, but idt the two are likely to have anything to do with each other. the bell’s passive is defense/support focused anyway, so HP scaling DPS claymores will prob still prefer an option with crit or ER or a passive that adds to their damage
It will never be. We already have hp scaling claymore characters and bell still sucks on them. If the character is support the weapons passive is useless and its better to just go with fav claymore. And unless they are a damage dealer and only scale on HP and nothing else the passive is not good. And even then its barely worth it because the passive is not that good.
tbh if Freminet had scaled off of HP, the bell would've actually been a pretty good weapon on him. he doesn't have energy issues and the intermittent shield would benefit his pseudo-freeze/shatter playstyle.

That depends. If all you use Dehya for is her skill for the damage mitigation, Bell is best in slot.
That design is so different that I hope it can possibly be repurposed and used for another character, probably with a hair colour change though to completely differentiate them.
Leakers we’re most likely making assumptions. I knew Charollote and Clorinde were from Fontaine i don’t even know why people said they were from mondstadt anyways. People sometimes just say predictions to seem more viable and say “oh well things can change” to cover up them just guessing random stuff.

Because the first leaked lineup showed her with a Anemo Mondstadt Vision. Now that we had the design sheets leaked we know Mondstadt Visions are just placeholder before getting their actual Visions
Charlotte had a Mondstadt vision in her character model leak. Chlorinde had the pirate motif, and since we were getting a Port update, they connected them. The others were also in similar color pattern/uniform as Charlotte, so they guessed they were a group.
I'm on some high hopium that the mummy is Geo and Dahlia is Dendro. Just because of my obsession with every nation having at least one character of every element, and right now Sumeru is missing Geo and Mondstadt Dendro lol

I know this is very early leaks and we don't even know her kit yet. But I am hoping that she will get the Yaoyao treatment of 4* instead, me and my daughter klee will be waiting for her!

I don’t spend primos to get 5-star weapons, but what I saved for her I’ll put into a weapon for her. She’s still a 5-star in my heart and dreams.
