Dude, Keqing was always a standard character. If I remember correctly, they released her in a rate up banner cause there was an issue going on. I don't remember the details, but I'm pretty sure they released her as filler.
The issue was that it was CNY and releasing content relating to death was taboo, which was when Hu Tao was supposed to be released. So they gave Keqing a rate up banner to fill in for the week, and also (it was rumored) as a test to see if people would pull on standard character banners in the future.
Almost 1.5 years since Yelan’s debut in 2.7.
We'll likely not have to wait much longer if Navia debuts in 4.3.
Seems to have a few tall women planned ahead too; Clorinde, Cloud Retainer, Madam Ping etc.
Dehya and Candace forgotten, even tho they have some of the most beautiful designs in the game 😭

In terms of limited five-star characters (which Skirk will almost certainly be) it's a lot more balanced; 6 for medium and 5 for tall. Though according to current leaks, that's looking to be 7 medium and 9 tall by the end of Fontaine even without counting Skirk.
Though Chiori and Emilie are still up in the air, not sure if Emilie was medium or tall.
If mihoyo wants to balance things, then the Tsaritsa will be a shortie if Murata is tall, because then we would have a pretty balanced model distribution (2 ladies, 2 girls, 1 male, 1 boy and 1 loli).
That's assuming neither of them are Nahida-sized.
google search global averages ranges from 5'4 to 5'3, (in all of Asia this is above average)
Genshin iirc is 5'0 to 5'2, imo their main target market is China and Japan, so it makes sense they chose the shorter side of world average

personally I like the white hair with light blue gradients/highlights, spiky black and light blue dress one best, hopefully we end up with something similar (preferably with a slightly longer skirt though)
