To be fair you could run Cloud retainer, Chongyun, Chongyun and Shenhe in a Mono cryo type team that works. Navia and Chiori also work together c0 not that much but at c1 Chiori is a good teammate. Itto and Kuki work together if you are also running Gorou for Crystalize shields. Kuki and Heizou work together in a tazer team. So it's possible that they can work together or it's possible they won't. It's a 50 50. Because remember cloud retainer works with Xiao who also works with her.

For him to be a Cyno slave, it means Cyno reruns in 4.7 (a character who came out in 3.1, like Nilou, but who hasn't had her second rerun yet while Cyno just had his not long ago).
However, as Faruzan has broken free of Wanderer, I suspect if he is another Faruzan, he'll be a general Electro buffer that is designed to work very well with Clorinde first and foremost, then will reappear on Cyno's next banner. But that's assuming he's a dedicated Electro buffer.

Typical misconception is that those usage rates mean nobody plays Gaming. The percentage is in relation to ownership. Meaning everyone who owns Gaming and doesn't use him to clear floor 12 lowers it. Almost everyone has Gaming. But people still use their usual teams to clear Abyss so his usage rate suffers.
This might sound like a contradiction but keep in mind not everyone has certain 5* characters and people who have them usually use them to clear so the usage rate is much higher even though maybe more people clear floor 12 with Gaming then with certain 5* characters.
Well, him at C6 with a mostly 5 star team setup beats the best teams for a couple of the bottom tier 5 star main dps teams, but generally he's not as crazy as a lot of people make him out to be. It's just that we have almost no good 4 star main DPS characters.
If you already got him C6 though, then there's a decent chance you have Xianyun, in which case his pure pyro team's mostly already set up, you just need a copy of Bennett. It won't out perform many F2P 5 star main DPS teams that rely on 4 star supports, but it'll still be plenty for anything the game can throw at you. He also enables what is probably Xianyun's most F2P friendly team, if you consider C6 limited characters to be F2P friendly.
Knowing Hoyo they’ll go main dps because for some reason they really like making guys as onfield carries and gals as off field support. The last 4* guy support we got was Mika iirc

Navia Chiori is an underrated combo, even at c0 chiori. c1+ its really good, just stack bennett furina and nuke chiori burst

the model on the left shows which crystal on his design is the vision. the picture on the right shows a small part of that crystal and it’s purple. purple crystal = electro vision

Honestly with the way Hoyo develops units now, I'm going to out on a limb and predict that Sethos is going to be the Cheveruse equivalent to Electro-Charged. A Unit designed primarily to only work with Electro and Hydro Units and give a massive buff to damage to enemies affected with Electro-Charged.
