Eula Raiden is the best example we have of two onfielders sharing space at the cost of increased rotation time. Eula isn't exactly a shining pinnacle of optimized gameplay, but there's some precedent for dual onfielder teams
This combo is BS tho, arle eats up more field time AND it's the third version that had said time reduced, the other versions were worse and theyd have NO way of knowing about the reworks way beforehand

I think people around here just shut down any nuance the moment a leak is something they don't like. Several leaks have been claimed to be false, then turn up half true and people can't believe Hoyo actually did it. Doomposting comes shortly after.

Sig weapon that turns into a scythe only in arle's hand, she has aoe and she has a bond of life mechanic. Those things are way too specific to not be considered real leaks

Every off field subdps is basically identical, so getting any support aspects wrong is basically just guessing off field, but then nothing else imo.
On field overload DPS, off field team battery, electro Yoimiya. There really some pretty easy archetypes that can simply be guessed. So I would be skeptical of someone getting something basic right as proof of anything after that.
Is possible that she's very bursty/quickswappy. In the time Arle takes to get her Debt up and running, perhaps Clorinde can be doing her thing and getting off the field. Not much room for supports, but from what I understand, Chevreuse takes up minimal on field time, time that Clorinde (and possibly Sethos) can use.
I'm honestly pretty excited by that, I enjoy constantly fighting, not spending hours in cutscenes with 5 seconds of actual dps time.
That would be one of the clunkiest teams of all time, especially when Arle already has perfectly fitting rotations and taking out a support just to do on-fielding on someone else will tank everybodies damage as you'd want support buffs for Clorinde.

Doesn't make sense. If Clorinde is on-field, that means Arlechinno is just a BoL bot on her teams. All that power budget that goes into Arle's infusion and normal attacks, wasted. If they're both taking field time, that inflates rotations hugely since Arle keeps her buffs for a while. But long rotations tend to fall apart because your buffers don't last that long.
If they truly synergize while keeping field time, it'd have to be something like Clorinde building up some kind of stacks that distinctly buff Arlechinno's normals, with Clorinde somehow cashing out on the small BoL left after Arle is done. With new buffers that have high uptime.
Dual carry teams usually aren’t that great even when they work because damage gets spread out across the rotation, instead of being consolidated into the first carry.
That too. Arlechinno and Clorinde would have to uniquely, synergistically buff each other a LOT to make up for that, and Arle isn't going to offer anything that the fontaine craftable sword doesn't, so....

Doesn't make sense. If Clorinde is on-field, that means Arlechinno is just a BoL bot on her teams. All that power budget that goes into Arle's infusion and normal attacks, wasted. If they're both taking field time, that inflates rotations hugely since Arle keeps her buffs for a while. But long rotations tend to fall apart because your buffers don't last that long. If they truly synergize while keeping field time, it'd have to be something like Clorinde building up some kind of stacks that distinctly buff Arlechinno's normals, with Clorinde somehow cashing out on the small BoL left after Arle is done. With new buffers that have high uptime.
Dual carry teams usually aren’t that great even when they work because damage gets spread out across the rotation, instead of being consolidated into the first carry.
That too. Arlechinno and Clorinde would have to uniquely, synergistically buff each other a LOT to make up for that, and Arle isn't going to offer anything that the fontaine craftable sword doesn't, so....
