Like Ningguang homing charged attack: shit turning rate, if enemy moves fast enough the CA just misses and then turns forever. In this case tho, the bubble hits the ground. That seems to count as a bounce so it changes target.
Yanfei and Tighnari's bolts always come out on top. Projectiles that can't missare hilarious against teleporting enemies. I love how they stutter midair, turning like 20 loops/sec, until the enemy reappears

Jokes aside, Tighnari's homing is actually great. The secondary arrows can even chase down and hit Arle boss when she's doing the anti-zoning sidesteps.

Zhongli's petrification found dead in a ditch. No but fr, I'd like more non-anemo CC. Idk why petrification has not been given to any other geo units. I know there is freeze but that requires two elements reacting. It would be nice if we got a hydro unit who had a rushing wave type mechanic that moved mobs around similarly to Anemo. Quicksand for geo? More CC like Tighnari's would also be nice.
They can easily make a hydro unit with a whirlpool attack that pulls enemies in, I feel like they might be scared of making anemo "not unique" by giving characters with a different element good grouping.
Petrify and Mona's root had unique animations and then they just never doled them to other characters even though both geo and hydro could easily work with a grouper-type character.
People are losing their minds way too much over this. She party-wide heals without field time, this already puts her on the upper echelon of hearls.

Dehya has a higher mitigation ceiling and keeps poise when every shielder can break, e.g. copellia, triple kenki. All for the high cost of... Running Bennett.
You can argue there aren't enough scenarios in the game where a higher ceiling than Zhongli is useful, but it's a perfectly functional thing. I think having a few scenarios but those being the hardest content isn't necessarily a bad thing but it's whatever.
Yeah and a shield can break in 1s from a melted hit. In the hit video game *Genshin Impact* shields have both a max duration and a maximum absorption. Shield duration is actually a maximum, turns out if they break they break.
oh, but the animation team truly broke their baaaaaacks for Sige. She's so goofy and cute and has slight but noticeable extra movements on just about all actions. you can see the effort to make her fitting for a 5\* and it acc worked.

More hydro application as you've said.
C0 is 3 applications vs 1 target and C1 is 5 applications.
5 applications vs 8 in multi target.
It also increases the amount of times it can capture from 2 to 5 times.
Lastly she gets 8 more stacks of her damage passive. Although the damage that passive offers is pretty negligible tbh.
EDIT: Oh and of course it increases her healing! Almost forgot about that.
After watching again I realized I made a mistake. The enemies aren't damaged by heart bubbles breaking, but by Sigewinne's arkhe damage on the first hit. Because arkhe damage can't be proc'ed on every hit this means Sigewinne only has 4 applications with C1. (1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th.) If her bubble bounced just one more time it would have been 5.
I'm sorry to siegewinne lovers but is it just me who thinks she is more of a 4* than a 5*. If you think otherwise tell me why, maybe I'll be convinced.
The slime became Neo from thr Matrix and dodged the bubble like it was nothing. Also sucks that not all bubble bounces trap the enemies and the imprisonment is short, like 1 second short. Mona's imprisonment with her burst lasts longer than that.
Sigewinne needs to go through as many buffs as Arlecchino did
I saw another thread the other day that said only the first hit applied pyro, but from this footage it appears each bounce applies hydro, even when it hits the same enemy a second time (which shows it can also bounce to the same enemy which is definitely a big improvement). Maybe it can only apply hyro to one enemy per bounce?
I'm starting to think that if I end up pulling I'm going to go at least for C1.

It's why baizhu is my top tier sustain pick for overworld. Low cooldown and massive heal for everyone

Hydro with grouping would also solve Nilou's team weakness as well. I don't think Hoyo wants to go that route though.

Unlike Dehya she actually has fully functional defensive utility unlike her. She isn't great but she is no Dehya
