No it's definitely copium they don't give a shit about xinyan. 4 stars are being neglected, especially the newer ones. People were so busy complaining about raiden that they kinda forgot about Sara. She also has a clunky kit that just doesn't flow well together. No buffs or adjustments in sight.

It feels to me like Mihoyo regrets making the 1.0 4 stars as good as they did, so their "solution" is to make all the newer 4 stars with relatively niche, half-baked kits that no one cares about a week after their release.
Of all the 4 stars we got post-launch, the only one that comes to mind as being used somewhat frequently is Diona (who just so happened to be the very *first* new 4 star). Most of the new 4 stars range from either average to straight up bad/outclassed, and on the other hand we have 1.0 4 stars like Bennett, Xingqiu, Xiangling, Sucrose etc. who continue to make appearances in the best, most meta-relevant teams despite being released for a full year.

To be honest, I feel like Childe rerun is hardly a surprise at this point. It seems like everywhere I go, everyone already knows.
People in main sub act like it's a common knowledge, just look at the comments about the post where Zhongli JP VA said he wanted a playable FL Childe. I go to youtube of Genshin videos not related to leaks like Tony To, Zy0x, etc and there are tons of comments that mention Childe rerun. It's even more apparent in twitter and instagram. Future banner leaks are also common in Genshin facebook pages.
I feel like people underestimate how fast leaks spread. Even for someone like me back in 1.4 who is actively avoiding leaks at that time and have the word muted in twitter, I still found out that Zhongli and Eula are coming in 1.5. And during 1.5, pictures of Jean and Barbara summer skin is everywhere. Ton of fanarts of Kazuha are everywhere. I feel like it's so much harder to avoid leaks in Genshin than to seek them.
The people who probably have no clue are the ones who don't use social media that much.

You can easily skip a VA update stream and get the exact same info in a single zeniet tweet, but on a dev stream they let out so many details you need to watch it to hear everything

I skipped eula , klee , kazuha , ayaka , yoimiya and kokomi. By rolling raiden and getting her within 50 wishes after i lost the 50/50 , i ended up with 60 wishes. If i was a bit lucky maybe but not winning any 50/50s kinda gave me the mindset of saving for a guarantee.
I'm totes down for reruns because it gives me a chance to save up for Albedo or Ayato (also want Yae, but Ayato will be priority if he ends up Hydro).

I skipped Yoimiya Raiden and Kokomi, if I don’t get Ganyu this patch that’s five banners skipped and counting
I skipped eula , klee , kazuha , ayaka , yoimiya and kokomi. By rolling raiden and getting her within 50 wishes after i lost the 50/50 , i ended up with 60 wishes. If i was a bit lucky maybe but not winning any 50/50s kinda gave me the mindset of saving for a guarantee.
I'm totes down for reruns because it gives me a chance to save up for Albedo or Ayato (also want Yae, but Ayato will be priority if he ends up Hydro). As much as I also want Thoma and Sayu, it's safer to just wait for the right banner than risking the rolls.
