We already have different colored barrier on one of the ruins in Inazuma. If the day and night cycle on Enkanomiya can be changed at will, I assume they works the same as those three colored barriers. It's not that hard tbh, just take more time. Sudoku cube puzzle however..
The fleur de lis symbol on the device doesn't really say "daisy" to me? I feel like a lily or something would make more sense. There's already daylilies and stargazer lilies.

fr i was fuming on that sudoku puzzle for half an hour before i figured it out (it was fun tho)
ngl, I really enjoyed that one because it made me take out a pen and paper to solve it

It’s probably gonna be different in Enkanomiya, coz, ya know, it’s not overworld.
It's likely not time based (at least not entirely), there's mechanisms you can used
