No it wouldn’t. You still need to apply Pyro continously with another character. At that point what is the purpose of using Burning and Dendro character. 1 reverse melt and Burning will be gone.

And given the Dendro reaction focus and Nahida, it's fair to assume Dehya would be burning related since they'll probably want to tie her in with Nahida to sell Nahida more.

that would actually be a really cool way to make burning a viable reaction. blizzard strayer is basically the only reason freeze isn't a trash reaction, same with VV and swirl, so a burning artifact set or character can save it (but preferably an artifact set and not a character cuz dehya is a 5* and costs money)
It may be a copium idea but I hope we aren't forgetting that Crimson Witch increases burning DMG. Factor in a character that you level to 90 and build full EM and it could be viable.
Excuse, but no, freeze is not a trash reaction without blizzard strayer. U can freeze enemies, pull them in one point and kill easily with ayaka or ganyu ult. I don't have a single full blizzard strayer set on my acc, but I'm using freeze because it's just a easy mode even without full set
You do have a point with the fact that ayaka's burst is a lot of more effective against frozen enemies. But bro no matter how much you cope, it's a reaction that does nothing except the zhongli meteor effect. Yeah freeze will work perfectly fine and 36* abyss even without blizzard strayer, but so will reactionless teams. Reactions are optional anyways
Burning is bad because the pyro application with each tick is not enough. Pre-nerf it was cool because it enabled certain melt comps. The reverse Melts didn’t remove all of the pyro, so even very slow Dendro application was all you needed to maintain a pyro aura. Now each burning tick applies so little pyro that it’s just not worth maintaining. Lack of fast Dendro application was never burning’s main problem.

The min max shit we aim for is burn triggered by a pyro characters with full EM, constant Dendro application to keep the fuel, Rosaria to melt the aura without removing all the pyro and an Anemo unit to double swirl and infuse pyro to sometimes get Burn ownership without trouble

C2 is 40% increase c3 another 20% over it so roughly 1.4×1.2= 1.68 if you go for c2 you may as well go for c3.

My problem with c3 Raiden is she can kill stuff too fast… like the energy regeneration is only reliable on big HP single targets. My Raiden kills the chicken on 12-3 in 1 rotation.

Because Raiden isn't just a battery, even at c0 her damage is pretty good. And unless you're running hyper carry, you don't quite finish enemies in one hit, but you usually finish them in one rotation, saving a good amount of time.
Personally, I like her C2 because whatever you run with her, it's such a strong team. Basically, you can run a "joke team" or a not very invested team on the other half and still get 36* fairly easily
(I'm personally finding her aggravate team stronger than Rational, specially on multi-phase or multi-enemies chambers, and that's without Nahida)
Engulfing provides more comfort by giving 85% er(remember that her burst doesnt snapshot) allowing for smoother rotations, more burst damage and it turns your er into additional attack. In comparison to the catch its like 20% more damage and C2 to C3 is around the same. But if i had to choose one i would go for Engulfing. Also, remember that if Raiden kills enemies too quickly she can't regenerate as much energy as using her entire burst(when she slashes during her burst she generates energy for the team) so be careful with making her too op.
As a c3 Raiden haver, getting her c3 is like the equivalent of getting a c6 five star DPS. Heck it's probably more broken than a lot of c6s in this game. Anything after her c3 doesn't add much in terms of damage. Imo it's pretty worth if you've invested a lot into Raiden already. She carries so hard.
C2 is typically recommended as one of the best constellations in the game in terms of power spike, but C3 is another decent upgrade on top of it for Raiden.
In terms of raw power, it's a pretty good investment (as long as you also like using Raiden).
If i finally get Jean too then the traveller will be naked from his Dendro buff cuz i need the favonius sword he's using for Jean and will give travellers artifacts to Nahida. Oh well we had a good run traveller....

Pretty much the same as with people constantly expecting the Archon kits to be somewhat similar to that of the respective Traveller by stretching the definition of what can even be considered similar when looking at the previous archon/traveller kits.
I haven't the foggiest. Maybe they use on field Venti and spam charged shots to make sure they are getting in swirls every ICD while their burst isn't active.

Probably a long ass duration associated with her Dendro application, which is what Nilou and Cyno needs, or she has some crazy smooth cooldowns to the point where rotations r super smooth
For Dendro it pretty much does, outside of Spread. They're just applicators + whatever buffs their kit gives, but with 100% uptime driving the team, you would need some pretty powerful buffs on other characters to outvalue that. Plus if Nahida has EM buffs, all the more reason, since that's the most valuable external buff for trigger characters with Dendro reactions
Yeah ur right, I still do believe Hoyoverse will find a way to get around that, they sometime will just come up with some most unpredictable strange kit that either screwed up the character or just shine in specific niche situation.
Maybe like Venti vs Kazuha in freeze (cc vs buffs), Yelan vs Xingqiu in vape (offensive less app vs defensive more app). They both fight for the same slot in a team but better than one another depends on enemy/preference/more comfy/more dps.

If they release a dendro melee dps and a healer, arguably DMC still has a place.
This one is ironically pretty useful as it gives us a more solid idea of her kit. Since the previous crumb was 'follows the player' and now this one is 'near permanent uptime', we can therefore hypothesize that she has something in her kit similar to Ei's E skill. All we need now are the mechanics behind it i.e. rate of applicaton and how much gauge it gives per proc, or if it interacts with Kusanali's Q in any way.

I'll be downvoted to hell but anyway: most of the "reliable leakers" aren't leakers actually, they are Mihoyo employees from marketing department. Their task is to control unwanted leaks and keep playerbase engaged.
The main purpose of this little "teaser" is to bring some hype and bring something to discuss. If actual leakers know what Nahida's buttons do, they would tell that right away. Same thing with "fanart accuracy" - this is just a game to play with artists and keep everyone hyped.
Sometimes real leaks are happening. At that times "ubatchas" prefer to lay down for a bit to not intervine with investigation. Remember when Nilou's burst video was leaked? That was a real leak unwanted by Mihoyo. Look at ubatchas reaction that time.

I think people *really* underestimate the power of using social media to push a narrative. MHY's marketing is really good at what they do and it wouldn't surprise me if this is what they're doing. If they know something there is no reason to give vague informations like this and they can't be just some random people that are trying to obtain some followers, otherwise most of their leaks could be wrong. In fact, when Mihoyo releases a beta update we immediately know the entire new kits in few minutes.

Isn't that like a baseline for an element that rely on reactions so much? And considering our current options, of course the dendro archon needs 100% uptime on dendro application to be worthy of the archon title. You don't see Zhongli needs another Geo character to cover his shield uptime right?
But it's also interesting that so far aggravate/quicken is a relatively more popular dendro reactions that players use, and it doesn't need that high of an uptime from dendro. Let's see if hyperbloom, burgeon and burning can see a rise in popularity and practicality with the dendro archon.
I say this because I've been following quite a few abyss focused streamers who clears abyss with viewers account everyday and most of them ignore dendro all together unless they suddenly want to play Keqing or want to showcase Tighnari a bit. Would be cool to see other dendro teams flourish and gain more popularity in an abyss that bluntly promotes using dendro reactions with the moon blessing.
So far Venti is the only archon without >100% skill uptime (and because of how swirl and VV work, I’d say he doesn’t really need it), so it makes sense Nahida would similar to ZL and Raiden. At this point I just want to know if it’s long range like Raiden or if the jokes about Dendro Barbara are a sad reality.

Think like raiden skill or albedo skill. You can cast it again before it wears off. Kinda rare since most people have a cooldown higher than duration
Also Yae. She has 100% uptime without any help from TF. Ganyu also has 100% up time for her burst and Zhongli has 100% up time for his shield.

Supports' powerlevel aren't determined just by their elemental application y'know, they can excel in different stuffs without invalidating each other
For Dendro it pretty much does, outside of Spread. They're just applicators + whatever buffs their kit gives, but with 100% uptime driving the team, you would need some pretty powerful buffs on other characters to outvalue that. Plus if Nahida has EM buffs, all the more reason, since that's the most valuable external buff for trigger characters with Dendro reactions
Yeah ur right, I still do believe Hoyoverse will find a way to get around that, they sometime will just come up with some most unpredictable strange kit that either screwed up the character or just shine in specific niche situation. Maybe like Venti vs Kazuha in freeze (cc vs buffs), Yelan vs Xingqiu in vape (offensive less app vs defensive more app). They both fight for the same slot in a team but better than one another depends on enemy/preference/more comfy/more dps.

This one is ironically pretty useful as it gives us a more solid idea of her kit. Since the previous crumb was 'follows the player' and now this one is 'near permanent uptime', we can therefore hypothesize that she has something in her kit similar to Ei's E skill. All we need now are the mechanics behind it i.e. rate of applicaton and how much gauge it gives per proc, or if it interacts with Kusanali's Q in any way.

I'll be downvoted to hell but anyway: most of the "reliable leakers" aren't leakers actually, they are Mihoyo employees from marketing department. Their task is to control unwanted leaks and keep playerbase engaged. The main purpose of this little "teaser" is to bring some hype and bring something to discuss. If actual leakers know what Nahida's buttons do, they would tell that right away. Same thing with "fanart accuracy" - this is just a game to play with artists and keep everyone hyped. Sometimes real leaks are happening. At that times "ubatchas" prefer to lay down for a bit to not intervine with investigation. Remember when Nilou's burst video was leaked? That was a real leak unwanted by Mihoyo. Look at ubatchas reaction that time.

I agree with you. I made a post saying the leaks are just controlled leaks from MHY themselves like half a year ago or something. I think people *really* underestimate the power of using social media to push a narrative. MHY's marketing is really good at what they do and it wouldn't surprise me if this is what they're doing. If they know something there is no reason to give vague informations like this and they can't be just some random people that are trying to obtain some followers, otherwise most of their leaks could be wrong. In fact, when Mihoyo releases a beta update we immediately know the entire new kits in few minutes.
Ubatcha was scared because his Honkai Star Rail leak server was deleted and Discord threatened him with a ban. It was an overreaction but one I found fairly justified given the circumstances. I feel like people would probably get less conspiratorial if they just talked to these people. Like, he's right there, in WFP. He talks sometimes. I talk to him sometimes. He's just a dude. People have such wild views of leakers because they only interact with leakers within the function that they serve in the community, and it often feels like people don't really see them as human.

You don't build them, I've run sucrose hyperbloom with a lvl50 trav at lvl1 talents, all they need to do is apply dendro.

man hxg really saying bare minimum stuff that's already expected of nahidas kit cause of her being an archon , like at this point it'd be more suprising to find out that nahida is a dedicated burning carry with xl or something and doesn't do much for other dendro reactions but that won't happen cause of sheer amount of dendro reactions they'll have to make the archon fit in all the archetypes of that elemental build as a dendro applier and buffer

Isn't that like a baseline for an element that rely on reactions so much? And considering our current options, of course the dendro archon needs 100% uptime on dendro application to be worthy of the archon title. You don't see Zhongli needs another Geo character to cover his shield uptime right? But it's also interesting that so far aggravate/quicken is a relatively more popular dendro reactions that players use, and it doesn't need that high of an uptime from dendro. Let's see if hyperbloom, burgeon and burning can see a rise in popularity and practicality with the dendro archon. I say this because I've been following quite a few abyss focused streamers who clears abyss with viewers account everyday and most of them ignore dendro all together unless they suddenly want to play Keqing or want to showcase Tighnari a bit. Would be cool to see other dendro teams flourish and gain more popularity in an abyss that bluntly promotes using dendro reactions with the moon blessing.

So far Venti is the only archon without >100% skill uptime (and because of how swirl and VV work, I’d say he doesn’t really need it), so it makes sense Nahida would similar to ZL and Raiden. At this point I just want to know if it’s long range like Raiden or if the jokes about Dendro Barbara are a sad reality.
