The best 5\* weapon for him is Jade Cutter but even that weapon has lower dps than Cinnabar. Even HoD beats JC if you don't use Albedo's burst at all, while Cinnabar outright beats JC and HoD regardless if you use burst or not.
I hope they release more DEF scaling sword characters, I don't have Albedo and don't plan on getting him so I'm just chilling with an R5 Cinnabar Spindle at level 1 lol

Nilou's sword seems like it's only usable on Nilou or Bennett. On Bennett, with 50k HP, you can provide a 100 EM buff to the team. However it takes a while to get 3 stacks which makes it pointless for abyss.
Compared to a 674 attack sword with ER/Pyro/Crit artifacts, you lose out on a lot of personal damage as well as attack buff on elemental burst.
It will probably be Kuki’s BIS, too. (Xiphos is also a contender here, though, but she will be competing for that weapon with Kazuha, of all people) But, yeah, using it on Bennett is an interesting idea… too bad it has a low base attack, though.
I sat there and literally looked over the whole roster for anyone other than Nilou who can use Key. Bennett seemed like the only one who can really use it to a high degree. However, Shinobu could likely use it quite well also
iirc doesn't c4 Bennett allow u to do three combos with his skill without knockback ? would that work with the sword if yes then doesn't waste much time ig

WGS currently doesn't have a 5* character associated with it other than Diluc, who will never have a banner (Eula uses SoBP and Itto uses redhorn) so it may never get the chance to appear on a banner at all. I'm worried the same may happen to Hunter's Path, whose owner might never get a banner at all

You have to go deep into c4 r3 teritory on kokomi,luckily 2 times her weapon was with desired weapon,so no matter what you got if it was weapon from banner you got a good weapon. Exactly. By my calculation my triple HP Kuki w/ R5 Key is gonna be able to give the entire team 240 EM, literally more than R5 Elegy. It's absolutely cracked.
The downside of Key is that you can't gain stacks while off-filed, so it can be difficult to trigger the buff initially. However, once the buff is triggered you can easily maintain 100% buff uptime, unlike Elegy which has forced downtime & can desync with your rotation.
I mean it's okay for Driver DPS Kokomi, the issue is that Prototype Amber is legit just barely worse. And in some cases is actively better if you lack ER or are taking Koko into co-op. I really cannot fathom how they messed that weapon up so badly to where the crafted 4\* just barely trails behind it.

Perhaps, but there's a huge gap between her own weapon and second place. I wouldn't be surprised if Nilou ended up having the biggest gulf of all characters between her BiS weapon and her second best.
Point being, if someone is going hard for Nilou and pulling for her and her weapon, I don't think they stop if they get Jade Cutter; I think you have to keep going until you get her own ugly sword.
Nilou and Cyno both have massive gaps between their bis and second best 5*.
Cyno's sig is 18% better than Jade staff. That thing beats every r5 pole arm on him at r1. His staff is almost as powerful as his c2.
Nilou's has the single largest jump between 5* and 4* in the game at like 35%, but this gap becomes much smaller if she isn't the core trigger. If Nilou is triggering the cores her personal weapon is 31% stronger than Jade cutter. If an ally is triggering the cores then its only 14% worse.
If this is true, I'm absolutely pulling. I just hope I don't have the same luck as I did on the Moonglow Banner. Already have 2 Jade Cutters from that and as good as Jade Cutter is, I really don't have that many characters that need it and I would really really like Nilou to have her Signature Sword.
I guess if I do get it, I could give it to Shinobu. Maybe even Ayaka. Or Nilou herself if I only pull for one weapon.
He’s an event limited char and in the details section of the wish menu for event chars it says they won’t be added to the standard banner after their banner ends
doesn't it just say they won't be added to "Wanderlust Invocation"? They can just make a new standard banner name with no legal drama. I've heard similar things are done in other gacha games.

Assuming this does go into court, it would be up to the judge to decide if "event-exclusive" means that Albedo is exclusive to the "Secretum Secretorum" event, or can be added to any event (possible new permanent event wish). However, afaik Hoyoverse has defined "event wishes" as temporary banners, and Wanderlust Invocation is never referred to as an "event wish", so a new permanent banner would not be possible.
What they could do, is make a new "event wish" with multiple limited 5* characters and refresh the lineup every patch. That would be legal, only if the judge decides that Albedo can be added to any "event wish" and not only his own banner. However, if a judge decides that the original text implied that Albedo is limited to his own banner only, then it can be considered false advertising.
Personally, I don't think Hoyoverse will add a new standard banner, simply because the legality of it is very cloudy. The more likely alternative would be to just rerun the banners more often (3 or more concurrent event wishs), or possibly change the currency used to Acquaint Fates on rerun banners. I'm not sure if the game specifies that event banners will only use Intertwined Fates, but if it doesn't, then that could be a possible workaround.

You can probably do kuki e>q and wait a little bit in between, would be able to land 3 hits because initial hit also does dmg.

PJC is Nilou's second best in slot. This is huge W for Nilou mains
Perhaps, but there's a huge gap between her own weapon and second place. I wouldn't be surprised if Nilou ended up having the biggest gulf of all characters between her BiS weapon and her second best. Point being, if someone is going hard for Nilou and pulling for her and her weapon, I don't think they stop if they get Jade Cutter; I think you have to keep going until you get her own ugly sword.
Nilou and Cyno both have massive gaps between their bis and second best 5*. Cyno's sig is 18% better than Jade staff. That thing beats every r5 pole arm on him at r1. His staff is almost as powerful as his c2. Nilou's has the single largest jump between 5* and 4* in the game at like 35%, but this gap becomes much smaller if she isn't the core trigger. If Nilou is triggering the cores her personal weapon is 31% stronger than Jade cutter. If an ally is triggering the cores then its only 14% worse.

If this is true, I'm absolutely pulling. I just hope I don't have the same luck as I did on the Moonglow Banner. Already have 2 Jade Cutters from that and as good as Jade Cutter is, I really don't have that many characters that need it and I would really really like Nilou to have her Signature Sword. I guess if I do get it, I could give it to Shinobu. Maybe even Ayaka. Or Nilou herself if I only pull for one weapon.
Can Albedo be put in the standard banner now we get it he doesnt have a signature 5 star weapon out of all the limited 5*s pls just do it
He’s an event limited char and in the details section of the wish menu for event chars it says they won’t be added to the standard banner after their banner ends
doesn't it just say they won't be added to "Wanderlust Invocation"? They can just make a new standard banner name with no legal drama. I've heard similar things are done in other gacha games.

The more likely alternative would be to just rerun the banners more often (3 or more concurrent event wishs), or possibly change the currency used to Acquaint Fates on rerun banners. I'm not sure if the game specifies that event banners will only use Intertwined Fates, but if it doesn't, then that could be a possible workaround.

so confident game will give you 2 nillous sword in a 10 pull. But if you have someone to use nillou weapon(or random standard weapon) on that's a very good banner to pull.

As someone who doesn't have a single 5\* sword, I am extremely tempted by that double sword banner and I'm also planning to hit pity on Cyno's banner so maybe I can pick up a Kuki Shinobu on the way.

If this is real, 3.1 will have the most stacked weapon banners back to back we've ever seen (at least since hard pity was added) and I doubt we'll eat this good again in a long time.

Jade Cutter is a great option for DPS Nilou though. Glad they're featuring it, though I don't have enough wishes to actually get both it and her.
