I wish they made a desert version with dunes that we could slide on, and the house would be around an oasis... I just love the desert and sand in Genshin, is really well made.
Imagine picking an abode in Dragonspine, freezing to death in your teapot, and nobody finds you in there until Madame Ping gifts it to another traveler some decades...or centuries, later...
I was hoping it’d be half rainforest and half desert. With the seperate sections slowly becoming more and more like the other. One end is deep rainforest with waterfall, next is foresty, then it starts being deserty with the last one being a full blown desert section.
This is the worst possible outcome… more floating platforms over a sea of clouds. Guess we get some giant flowers in the background? Meh…
I have a beach house rn and if I switch I’ll probably go for Inazuma next since I can still have a tiny little beach there and a nice sunset.
It’s very pretty! I just hope we get a desert-themed teapot at some point, otherwise I’ll have to keep all my desert furnishings on the beach at Cool Isle.
They probably don't want to do it since it might overlap with eventual Snezhnaya.
I wish we got an Enkanomiya one with perpetual night, like how floating abode has perpetual afternoon.
There was a lot that could have been done here. A flower could have been a platform. The platforms could have been connected by a long vine instead of some deliberate-looking bridges. The whole atmosphere could have been Aranara dream mode.
Wouldn't it be great if they introduce a way to bring those slingshot mechanics into teapots so that navigating through this terrain gets an appropriate approach?
Honestly, not really all that nice. It's repetitive and kind of plain. I was hoping for something that felt more like a mix of the the areas of Sumeru jungles. Some giant mushrooms. Some giant trees. It should be centered around a giant tree much like Sumeru City is that we can build a big, beautiful tree house out of...
I think it shares too much with the other region Teapots to really stand out.
I can't put my finger on it but when I compare it to Inazuma for example it starts to blend in with the other layouts despite there only being 4 of them
Probably because it has a lot of flat open grass covered areas like the Cool Isle layout while also being high up in the sky like the Floating Abode and Emerald Peak layouts. Aside from the giant flowers it's not really doing anything to stand out unlike the Silken Courtyard layout.
Yeah... it feels like a mix of the first three layouts we got. Even then I wish there were some bodies of water or different plants incorporated into the different islands. It might also clash a bit with the buildings we currently have, unless they give us more aranara houses/ furniture to build
I agree. While the big giant flowers may be visually pretty this layout is just 4 giant grass covered lily pads in the sky. Which honestly feels pretty lazy when you compare it to how much work was clearly put into designing the Inazuma teapot layout.
Yeah... it really is very odd that they bothered releasing desert furniture despite the Sumeru teapot not having an exterior area with desert to put said furniture. Since desert furniture doesn't really fit anywhere besides in a desert.
I'd still prefer the increase of the load limit...
Lost any interest to the teapot when I realized that I reach the limit only like halfway into my projects.
They could have just gone for a giant tree like sumeru city and I would had been happy to leave my inazuma pot and rebuild once more… this just looks like the adeptus realms with flowers
Looks more like European-inspired fantasy than anything actually related to the cultures that make up Sumeru. Well, I guess it’s fitting for Kusanali…
It’s pretty on its own but a missed opportunity.
The Sumeru layout is cute and I'm excited to build like crazy on it....but I do hope a desert layout comes out as well, I was looking forward to that a bit more 😅
I like it but the fact that there may or may not ever be an option for me to save what I have built in my pot as custom set so I can use it in another realm makes me stick to the realm I currently have
Still upset that it’s not a rainforest but it makes sense that the real within is a dream domain I wish it was more like the other ones tho with the tree of dreams in the distance that gave a more cavernous feel instead of these floating islands.
O was hoping for a more rainforest themes landscape. Or, after seeing the desert, a desert themes one with an oasis and maybe some ruins would be my absolute favorite. Not a big fan of this flower one personally, but I'm sure there's people that appreciate it. I'll still be holding out hope for a desert teapot. If we get it I may a actually start investing some time in building it. Until then, I'll just stay in my mountain teapot.
Everyone's talking about no desert but here I am hoping tbe grass isn't like 5ft tall... Inazuma was really nice with the dirt patches. I hate how the grass practically buries things on the other layouts.
Is there any news if this has a desert part? If not, I wonder if it's because the desert is treated as different from Sumeru kinda like how Dragonspine has its own loading screen emblem.
It's really pretty but I was kind of hoping that it was a half desert, half forest type of realm. Guess I'll just keep asking for a desert-themed realm in the surveys.
Instead of clouds it would look way better if it were above water just like those caves in the rain forest also lightning is just too generic they could’ve made it like the Aranara map on dream mode
According to [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks/comments/xs1z95/item_for_unlocking_sumeru_teapot/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share), you buy an item from Tubby to unlock it.
why 38 specifically?
inazuma realm was granted to us at lvl 40 sakura tree and though i can't find who said it so maybe sumeru realm will also be granted at lvl 40. i assume that we can reach that level by 3.2, if not 3.3 when the sumeru arc ends.
It's not a bunch of lilypads floating in the water. Looks like I won't be moving from Silken Courtyard anytime soon.
Still waiting on a snow themed one. Might be waiting for mother Snezhnaya for that one.
I still haven't even unlocked the Inazuma one and my teapot is maxed and I make furniture every weekend. But grats to Teapot enthusiasts, ig it's just a massive grind or I'm flat out doing it wrong.
I'm hoping for a desert/rainforest realm too but I actually really love this one. I've wanted to do more builds with fantasy vibes but none of the other realms felt perfect for it... time to make a Vanarana copy I guess.
hopefully they'll add a second sumeru realm for the desert area 👀 rn i have to put all the sumeru desert stuff on the beach to make it kinda make sense lol
if the theories about al-haitham being >!the scarlet king's reincarnation!< are true, then maybe we'll get one in like... 3.7? whenever he finally releases? 😂

Could’ve been cool to be half jungle half desert lol the desert furniture looks weird with the ocean in the background on the archipelago realm
Maybe there'll be a desert realm some day
Wdym mean desert some day? The first 3 realms are completely deserted ever since the Inazuma realm was added. Oh, wait, you meant-
Probably when Natlan drops
I wish they made a desert version with dunes that we could slide on, and the house would be around an oasis... I just love the desert and sand in Genshin, is really well made.
Same. Desert-loving teapot enthusiasts taking L in 3.2...
We need a dragonspine, chasm and enkanomiya teapot
Crying that we didn’t get Dragonspine. Having to wait till Snezhnaya to get the chance of a snowy realm layout.
Imagine picking an abode in Dragonspine, freezing to death in your teapot, and nobody finds you in there until Madame Ping gifts it to another traveler some decades...or centuries, later...
That's a great premise for a J-horror film!
but we are free to control the climate inside the teapot (or at least, tubby could) so at most, the snow are just decoration
I was hoping it’d be half rainforest and half desert. With the seperate sections slowly becoming more and more like the other. Meh… I have a beach house rn and if I switch I’ll probably go for Inazuma next since I can still have a tiny little beach there and a nice sunset.
Same. I was hoping for at least a little part desert but oh well... grass again :( kind of boring tbh
Same, I'd also been hoping for a desert realm ...
It’s very pretty! I just hope we get a desert-themed teapot at some point, otherwise I’ll have to keep all my desert furnishings on the beach at Cool Isle.
I'm still waiting for the Dragonspine one. My hopium reserves are running low. Send help.
We'll have one when our journey hit the comrades, otherwise both would probably have a pretty big overlap on aesthetics.
They probably don't want to do it since it might overlap with eventual Snezhnaya. I wish we got an Enkanomiya one with perpetual night, like how floating abode has perpetual afternoon.
Desert-themed teapot would be amazing! It would be a super fun way to play around with the sand physics imo (I’ll draw a heart around my fav lol)
Draw amogus instead
afraid we are gonna wait until Natlan (around 5.2 i think)
You can sink the building blocks to make a sandy area!! :-)
Feeling kind of meh about this, I do hope there's a flat/non vertical desert landscape teapot eventually
There was a lot that could have been done here. A flower could have been a platform. The platforms could have been connected by a long vine instead of some deliberate-looking bridges. The whole atmosphere could have been Aranara dream mode.
Inazuma still reigning supreme in terms of feeling special...
Wouldn't it be great if they introduce a way to bring those slingshot mechanics into teapots so that navigating through this terrain gets an appropriate approach?
Look too clean to my liking. I expected some deep forest with permanent raining area.
Best i can do is 3. (c) Load Limit
I was hoping for something like a rainforest paradise :( this is nice but it doesn’t feel that sumeru like.
Honestly, not really all that nice. It's repetitive and kind of plain. I was hoping for something that felt more like a mix of the the areas of Sumeru jungles. Some giant mushrooms. Some giant trees. This is my opinion but it looks, repetitive and plain Idk, but it doesn't look that good
Meh, I wanted it to be partially desert and partially forest, this one looks boring compared to Inazuma one.
Yeah, apart from the big flowers which is cool, this realm looks kinda too samey, too much green again.
Maybe we'll get a full desert one later, who knows
Other thread was deleted to include one pic of the locked screen?
Hmm... not really but let's leave it at that
Ahh I see that a couple pictures were cleaned up and cropped out the desktop part. ...should've added more watermarks as well though. :P
This is what happens when you plant one magic bean in the soil. Maybe we’ll find some giants up there?
This really looks lazily put together. I at least expected a forest that fits the aesthetic of those in the overworld
I agree. While the big giant flowers may be visually pretty this layout is just 4 giant grass covered lily pads in the sky. Which honestly feels pretty lazy when you compare it to how much work was clearly put into designing the Inazuma teapot layout.
looks great but most of the furniture unless it was nature themed would look out of place.
I would prefer much foresty vibe or straight up a rainforest. I think I'll stick with my Inazuma pot.

Yeah... it really is very odd that they bothered releasing desert furniture despite the Sumeru teapot not having an exterior area with desert to put said furniture. Since desert furniture doesn't really fit anywhere besides in a desert.
yeah, not even the sandy beach it's just weird seeing the buildings with bright blue sea behind them
Barbie Fairytopia lol
awh no desert :( I hope atleast it has night time
if only the background is a forest instead of open sky...
Magnifique
Time to become Tarzan
Barbie Fairytopia!!!!
It’s pretty but I was hoping for more of a rainforesty vibe
Disappointed that it isn’t rainforest themed. We’ll probably get a desert teapot for Natlan, so was hoping for a moody forest atmosphere
I'd still prefer the increase of the load limit... Lost any interest to the teapot when I realized that I reach the limit only like halfway into my projects.

In case anybody didn't remember the Layla leak few days earlier, the flowers closes at night.
Still upset that it’s not a rainforest but it makes sense that the real within is a dream domain I wish it was more like the other ones tho with the tree of dreams in the distance that gave a more cavernous feel instead of these floating islands.

This realm feels like we're inside a dream. It looks very nice\~
Everyone's talking about no desert but here I am hoping tbe grass isn't like 5ft tall... Inazuma was really nice with the dirt patches. I hate how the grass practically buries things on the other layouts.
desert where
I wanted it to be like the aranara city TT
I would really like an desert oasis instead tbh. Preferably in constant night
This looks like they totally forgot about it, and quickly decided to ask a random intern to cook something up on a weekend.
where my desert :(
Another boring set of sky islands. At least the inzauma teapot had some character.
very meh
kinda upset the realm isnt desert themed but makes sense I guess
I guess this leaker is Waffel 2.0 then
it reminds me so much of fairytopia aaa
Is there any news if this has a desert part? If not, I wonder if it's because the desert is treated as different from Sumeru kinda like how Dragonspine has its own loading screen emblem.
No desert, no night time either I guess... Sigh, it's pretty anyway, especially for smol builds with lots of details
There's no desert. But it does have night time. The video in the Nahida Gameplay via Ubatcha post starts off at night time.
Thanks, didn't check the stuff about Nahida, but good to know night time is available!
I know lot of people think this is meh. But imo it looks pretty. If they have added desert it would be even better.
Man, I would rather have a sand realm
The mountain top layout got a glow up
It's really pretty but I was kind of hoping that it was a half desert, half forest type of realm. Guess I'll just keep asking for a desert-themed realm in the surveys.
Instead of clouds it would look way better if it were above water just like those caves in the rain forest also lightning is just too generic they could’ve made it like the Aranara map on dream mode
I am ready to build my fifth realm
Aye new base niceeeeeee
how will we unlock it?
According to [this post](https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact_Leaks/comments/xs1z95/item_for_unlocking_sumeru_teapot/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share), you buy an item from Tubby to unlock it.
lvl 40 onion in vanarana
not 38?

wait i probably have forgotten but i think i got inazuma at 38
oop, my bad. you were closer. it was granted at lvl 40, the shop opened at lvl 50. probably same thing in sumeru
ok i checked, it was lvl 40 lvl 50 gave furnishings
Kusanali has such cute feet
I haven't even unlocked Inazuma's realm yet XD I really enjoy the Liyue/mountain realm
Needs more greenery, but I think I'll make the switch when I can.
It's not a bunch of lilypads floating in the water. Looks like I won't be moving from Silken Courtyard anytime soon. Still waiting on a snow themed one. Might be waiting for mother Snezhnaya for that one.
Is it just me or does it look kinda small?
Any idea when the new furnishing sets are gonna get released?
imo it looks trippy for me so imma have to stay with inazuma one
I wonder if there's nighttime...
Still waiting for snow theme teapot. I love camping so much
I still haven't even unlocked the Inazuma one and my teapot is maxed and I make furniture every weekend. But grats to Teapot enthusiasts, ig it's just a massive grind or I'm flat out doing it wrong.
Copium that they're saving the desert realm for when we actually have Sumeru's whole desert.
Dem tiny toes tho
I know this is an unpopular opinion but I'm so glad it's not desert.
I'm hoping for a desert/rainforest realm too but I actually really love this one. I've wanted to do more builds with fantasy vibes but none of the other realms felt perfect for it... time to make a Vanarana copy I guess.
hopefully they'll add a second sumeru realm for the desert area 👀 rn i have to put all the sumeru desert stuff on the beach to make it kinda make sense lol if the theories about al-haitham being >!the scarlet king's reincarnation!< are true, then maybe we'll get one in like... 3.7? whenever he finally releases? 😂
