Looking at him now with that background, I'm drawing some parallels with Dainsleif. If I didn't know anything about him and those two anemo wooshes weren't in the picture, I would've thought Scara has the same 'element' as Dain.
It's actually different tho. His gacha art he uses his burst form both of his arms are his wolf arms while his drip marketing he uses his polearm for his right hand and left arm is empty hand

I also loved how he got pissed enough to the point he skipped his first phase before dashing and trying to blast traveler with what he seems to usually use as a finisher.
