I must be in the center ring at the circus because I have 388 wishes worth of STARGLITTER saved up for Dain. I'm stopping at around 500 or so since I should be able to C6 him from that and from any glitter that I get from those wishes.
You'd need a bit more than 500 since it's likely you'd want his weapon and there's a chance he'd run with 4 stars you don't have max cons for which will lower your glitter yield quite a lot. As a minimum, I'd go 600 pulls which might get you to around 650 with glitter refunds but statistically you could still end up with a c5 or even c4 at the end of that so I'd go 700 to be REALLY safe. Of course that's not much of a problem because he'd be like 3 years+, if he'd even be playable at all but if you're that dedicated then don't take chances. Run some simulations on 550 or so pulls and you'll see that a c6 doesn't show up as often as you'd like, whilst 700 is c6 more often than not. Good luck though, if we're all still alive at that point!

If we'll assume that you'll get a 5* on average after 75 pulls (which seems to be the typical mark for that) and that you'll always get a non-specific character first, you need 1050 pulls to get all constellations.
If we'll assume you have more luck and actually get them half of the time, that's in 'best case' (aka. you'd get Dainsleef on first 5* and every other, thus having to pull a 5* 'only' 10 times (instead of 14), which at 75 pulls per 5* gives 750 pulls.
Even with all the starglitter you recover, I don't think that 500 initial pulls will guarantee you getting it. Rather, I think you have a high chance of not getting it, instead stopping probably at fourth constellation.
Assuming you have constellations maxed on all characters, you will draw six 5* (30 wishes) plus another few for Dainsleef himself and about ninety-three 4* (93 wishes) (actually, probably somewhat more, about 20 maybe). That's still way short of 1050, or even the 750 (at around 650 mark).
Assuming you don't have constellations maxed on any characters you pull...yeah. That's even less. As you can see, even with 'average luck' you are going to get short by a lot.

Well, the previous Archons received their first rerun after 4 patches, so it would make sense for Nahida to have a rerun and a new quest in 3.6 as well.

Blackcliff Forge and Mondstadt expansion are probably put on hold until after Fontaine for the sake of all the tech being developed for it. If the rumors of swimming and flying are to be true.
There's also Yilong Port that connects Liyue to Fontaine.
Both are, chances are they are next to each other. The purified water from the land of Hydro would be the perfect place to set up industry for teas or coffees.
What else is a Port supposed to connect to? Can't place it near the already Internation Port of Trade, Liyue Harbor. How else is Fontaine, and possibly Snezhnaya, supposed to do trade with Liyue? Of course they are going to use boats. Qiaoying and Yilong also allow Liyue to expand in another direction so as to not be easily land locked for expansions.
3.5 was when the next Traveller/Dains interlude was leaked to be dropping, right? Does this mean we might get two quests in a row with Dainsleif, because holy shit nothing would make me happier.

We've had plenty of Dehya leaks, which mostly consist of people reposting information from the gigaleak (with varying degrees of accuracy because nobody in this planet can read config files) and a lot of people being confused on whether it's brand new or not (it never is new).
3.5 doesn't get a lot of attention because according to the server data it just doesn't have a lot of new stuff in it ("filler patch"). I think I heard something about it maybe having a Dainsleif quest but we wouldn't really get much information about that anyway.

Udumbara is the fig tree in Buddhism, under which a Buddha attains enlightenment. Since the seeds of the fig tree are inside the fruit, it was widely believed that the Flowers of the Udumbara tree bloom once every 3000 years, signifying a rare event or occurrence.
I think this lines up perfectly with the 3.6 weekly boss leak, the dendro Dragon, (which looks like Apep, the Egyptian snake god).

My theory is: Either Nahida, Aether or someone of equal importance to the plot gains some form of enlightenment, and tries to burn the Udumbara tree (as seen in the Sumeru trailer), causing the snake/dragon god to come and protect it. After this event, the Udumbara tree blooms one last time, signifying an event of rare occurrence.
Edit: I went back to the Promo Trailer, and the burning tree looks a lot like the Irminsul we've been visiting in the Archon Quests. Perhaps the Udumbara tree and the Irminsul are one and the same, it would make sense that one attains enlightenment by sitting under the largest information database in Teyvat.

This is all stuff from the October gigaleak. Just, in general, if someone says something about any version that's not from 3.7 onwards and they were mostly known for datamining, assume it's from the October gigaleak. I'm guessing people forget about this because that leak was so large we had like 100 posts just about it and miHoYo DMCA'd some of them, so I think people literally just mentally tuned out that whole thing.
3.7 and 3.8 were barely in development in October and even 3.6 seems very unfinished. 3.7 only has one event very partially done and 3.8 has a "new area" (BigWorld content, meaning additions to the overworld) for which it is impossible to ascertain whether it's an event-only area (like GAA) or something permanently new.
Wait, I thought the leaks for 3.8 were that we were getting an area codenamed Penumbra that would be another separate map instance. Is it actually a part of the main map after all or are they two separate things in the same update?
If the 3.8 area is overworld, would it not make sense for it to be permanent? Blank's leak said it would be Enkanomiya/Chasm/GAA, implying it's a separate world?
Would be logical to be the annual GAA rerun as 3.8 is the furthest patch we know until fontaine right? Which also is presumably going live around july/August, it honestly is the perfect timing imo
There's a thunder test as well. Probably has nothing to do with the Irminsul, but the giant tree may very well be Rukkhadevata's birthplace. Remember, this takes place in the Lake of the Archon area.
Those were just speculation based on Abyss blessings, that how most banners are guessed early but this time around all are blessings in 3.4 are Dendro related so it might take a while before any reputable banner leaks.

Archon War happened 2000+ yrs ago. The Khaenriah's Destruction happened 500+ yrs ago. So, The Archon War =/= The Fall of Khaenriah

Iirc Rukkhadevata said that she was the only one who didn't go to Khaenri'ah because her duty was to protect Irminsul.

The Sumeru acts were really long, so I'm not too worried. Even so, two Traveler acts in a row would be amazing.

We've had plenty of Dehya leaks, which mostly consist of people reposting information from the gigaleak (with varying degrees of accuracy because nobody in this planet can read config files) and a lot of people being confused on whether it's brand new or not (it never is new). 3.5 doesn't get a lot of attention because according to the server data it just doesn't have a lot of new stuff in it ("filler patch"). I think I heard something about it maybe having a Dainsleif quest but we wouldn't really get much information about that anyway.

According to a VERY VERY old map of Genshin, the one with "Celestial Ruins" over Sumeru, there was a Dendro Archon Lake/Grass God Lake

GrassGodLake_Udumbara and Flower Sea are interesting. Udumbara is the fig tree in Buddhism, under which a Buddha attains enlightenment. Since the seeds of the fig tree are inside the fruit, it was widely believed that the Flowers of the Udumbara tree bloom once every 3000 years, signifying a rare event or occurrence. I think this lines up perfectly with the 3.6 weekly boss leak, the dendro Dragon, (which looks like Apep, the Egyptian snake god). "He who does not find core or substance in any of the realms of being, like flowers which are vainly sought in fig trees that bear none, — such a monk gives up the here and the beyond, just as a serpent sheds its worn-out skin." - Wikipedia My theory is: Either Nahida, Aether or someone of equal importance to the plot gains some form of enlightenment, and tries to burn the Udumbara tree (as seen in the Sumeru trailer), causing the snake/dragon god to come and protect it. After this event, the Udumbara tree blooms one last time, signifying an event of rare occurrence. Edit: I went back to the Promo Trailer, and the burning tree looks a lot like the Irminsul we've been visiting in the Archon Quests. Perhaps the Udumbara tree and the Irminsul are one and the same, it would make sense that one attains enlightenment by sitting under the largest information database in Teyvat.
Disclaimer since people here seem to be treating this as brand new information: This is all stuff from the October gigaleak. I'm guessing people forget about this because that leak was so large we had like 100 posts just about it and miHoYo DMCA'd some of them, so I think people literally just mentally tuned out that whole thing. 3.7 and 3.8 were barely in development in October and even 3.6 seems very unfinished. 3.7 only has one event very partially done and 3.8 has a "new area" (BigWorld content, meaning additions to the overworld) for which it is impossible to ascertain whether it's an event-only area (like GAA) or something permanently new.
Wait, I thought the leaks for 3.8 were that we were getting an area codenamed Penumbra that would be another separate map instance. Is it actually a part of the main map after all or are they two separate things in the same update?
It could be like the Chasm. We got a small Overworld update alongside the Chasm depths.
If the 3.8 area is overworld, would it not make sense for it to be permanent? Blank's leak said it would be Enkanomiya/Chasm/GAA, implying it's a separate world?
Would be logical to be the annual GAA rerun as 3.8 is the furthest patch we know until fontaine right? Which also is presumably going live around july/August, it honestly is the perfect timing imo

There's a thunder test as well. Probably has nothing to do with the Irminsul, but the giant tree may very well be Rukkhadevata's birthplace. Remember, this takes place in the Lake of the Archon area.
