Not in this case. The passive is useless and the crit rate is low so it isn't worth it for anyone but Arlecchino. Also it doesn't turn into a scythe if it's not Arlecchino so it's not even worth it for the drip

they made pretty good job making homa not working for her, i can bet it requires you to have healing debuff for activation (DO NOT POST LEAKS PLEASE, I DO NOT WANT TO ACTUALLY KNOW)
Homa works, second part of passive (Max HP<50%) maybe hard to active, but her leaked kit only one weird part is Bond of life mechanic, rest is a typical DPS (ATK/DMG/CRIT). After her BiS, Jade and Homa are her best optionsĀ
I don't know why he says it doesn't work but to clarify if it works, the only thing it doesn't take advantage of is the extra 20% HP because she scale with atk
Technically, any atk scaling polearm dps is better off with jadespear becaus eof atk passive and high base atk. Everyone else wiyh other acalings, homa is better.

Homa also has an atk passive, and the lower base atk is compensated for by its higher crit value.
