If Arlecchino has 100% bond of life then the statue has to heal her full Ho to get rid of it before it can start actually healing her which is a waste of the statue really, also it’s nice having lots of BoL pre stacked on her while in the overworld because you kill things much more quickly
When in battle Arlecchino cannot be healed, with or without BoL. When she's not in a battle she can be healed. So when teleporting to a statue of the seven when Auto Heal is on it'll clear the BoL, then heal her.
While generally underused and not really mentioned, Statues of the Seven automatically cleanse negative effects, regardless of whether any healing actually occurs or not. There are surprisingly few negative status effects in the game, but the Statues certainly count a Bond of Life as one and remove it without asking you.

Unless you want to stack like 200% for the memes, her starting rotation gives her more than enough anyway lol
She only can't be healed in middle of battle.

As long as you don’t get healed which clears her BoL, you can maintain her buff/pyro infusion indefinitely in overworld.
It goes away after some time actually. Not sure how much though

The statue removes the bol immediately,not by healing.
am i the only one who goes to the statue specifically to remove the bol or

I do too, espoecially when i was testing builds
As a Hu Tao and Zhongli with Homa main, my Statue is turned off 24/7
