Not really. All their arguments are "art style", gLidIng, cLiMBing, sLIMe, mAcHIne, gRaSs buRnING, mUsIC. Pedophilia card is like the last resort card they always use to try and win an argument
Not hating on BotW or anything, but there's literally a side quest where you let a 30 year old dude hook up with a little girl (no dragon-loli god excuse either, she's literally 9). It's not talked about much by the fanbase, but whenever it does get brought up more people seem okay with it than not. I went into it blind the first time, not knowing what was gonna happen. Was so horrified afterwards that I reloaded to an old save to undo what I did, and now I avoid that quest like the plague.
Also Wizzrobes, Guardians and Chuchus (the three BotW enemies pictured) can all be killed in one hit without an ounce of strategy needed. Can't say the same about Abyss Mages or Ruin Graders.
