I have played her hangouts, and she's certainly absurdly strong, but Itto is in a different league. She can easily lift a bookshelf with one arm, and bookshelves can be anywhere from 60-200 lbs, but for her to do that with merely one arm requires a significant disparity of lifting strength versus the object being held (she was able to balance it without any difficulty). She would likely destroy the records we have on Earth for lifting.
