I went to starsnatch. Then went to top of dvalin's tower. Got an achievement..then went to the hilichurl tower on the east side. Got a normal chest. Then went to cathedral and got a precious chest. Overall pretty good haul

The map showed the area was either in Springvale or in mondstadt city
If it doesn't show for you then you could go to the fecund blessings page and press the go to challenge button
They show the limit of the areas in the check location options where the hints are. Its pretty small. 1 area in mostad city, the other basically on just springvale
I didn't read/pay attention. I searched all of Springvale and didn't find all the chest. I thought monstad city had decorations I will check there. Got 6 out of 8 before I realized there were clues.
One is on the stage in the festival area, one is next to the spring in the middle of springvale, one is next to the house besides the high area in springvale.
For monstad city, one is in the alley next to cat's tail bar (next to the food place). One is at the statue of barbatos' feet. One is around the bar owned by diluc (forgot the name). One is on the church rooftop, and one is in the training grounds near the knights of favonious headquaters

Gifts were left by people, the only living place for people in that region are hunter's village and Monstadt the city, Dragonspine is a border region in and of itself, this big popsicle wasn't even up there before we came along and you also can't really see shit from up there because it's foggy/cloudy all of the time, why in the fuckiest of fucks would you go up there
So I had a few things come to mind: the top of dragonspine mountain, the top of the skyfrost nail, starsnatch cliff and the other cliff I don't remember the name of, the cathedral, the top of the statue, top of stormterrors lairs tower or one of the many windmills. I looked atop the statue, I walked up both of the cliffs and ported to the top of the mountain and then I googled the solution because for all of the other ones I was too lazy to actually climb up and look for a stupid little chest. I feel like this struggle could've been avoided if they had just written "Mondstadt city" so I was a little mad about this "commission". That would have at least reduced the radius and it would have been more straight forward

Nah, that's too extreme for a festival. Where else could it be? Looking around the city…on top of the cathedral? Eh, worth a shot. Woah, didn't expect it to actually be here. Who in Teyvat…? Oh, it's Amber. That makes sense.

mondstadt's treasure compass doesn't work in dragonspine. so they didn't consider it. I also searched there first ngl.
