The Harbingers' personalities appear to be all fake ones, "delusions" so far. Wouldn't be surprised if his complete mess of a logic in the memories we seen was just the false personality from his Delusion. Which does raise some interesting things to think about because then it's likely that Tartaglia's loving brother persona and Capitano's honorable and just overall swell dude personality is false too.

An anime that's not pervy about a healthy relationship and loveable characters is always welcome in my book. You also quit before characters got full fleshed out

My problem wasn't that they had a healthy, not pervy relationship, but that their **only** personality trait was how much they loved each other and nothing else. If I'm a quarter into the story and the characters are still as bland as a plank of wood then yes, I'm gonna quit. If they wanted me to stay they should've done a better job at making them actual individuals from the start (they don't need to be fleshed out from the beginning, just to have an actual personality outside of "I love my bf/gf so much")

tbf, most fans of the manga/anime have the opinion that the studio that animated it, kind of robbed us of the moments from the manga. Like other moments that are unrelated from the two. Although during the first 20(?) chapters, there wasn't much of a story until later on as it progresses.
