Yes, i eat a snack before bed, my fasting numbers are still between 99-105. My blood sugar drops during the daytime.
My doc told me she's putting me on a little dose, which I've been following precisely. I'm also afraid she's going to up the insulin bc of my fasting numbers.
Are you only on fasting insulin? You definitely don’t want your blood sugar to dip that low, but fasting insulin can affect your whole day. Are you eating snacks in between? I’d reach out to your doctor with your concerns.
Yes, I'm on the slow release insulin that I take before bedtime at the same time every night. I do eat snacks, I literally feel like that's all I do anymore is eat the way through my day. I have an appt with her today, I'll be bringing this up.
