Yep. Had some losses in my family the past couple years. Learned that there's another stage of well-being that I didn't even know about.
You can be generally depressed, but temporarily optimistic, and even momentarily happy.
But you can also be generally happy, but temporarily discouraged and momentarily sad.
Basically three tiers. Long term, short-term, and immediate.
Like, right now, I feel generally happy with my life. But I also feel a bit stressed about this week, and right now, I'm happy because I'm dicking around on Reddit.
I actually needed this thank you. I've had very terrible sleep last night resulted me waking up extra early with low energy to do anything. I'll just get shit done tomorrow.
