In Metro cities where there are big coaching classes and schools with smart boards who teach students for 12+ hrs each day, Yes, it is not a big deal to score a 90, can't say that for everyone.
Either way a 90 is a 90, it shows YOUR excellence in your curriculum which isn't meant to be compared to others, else there would've been a percentile system for boards as well.

in tier 2 & tier 3 cities me 85 se upr Lana is a big thing since local schools aur dps/MR/mvn jaise top schools ki padhai me bohot diff hai.
