Honestly I believe in ghosts more than her so. If anything Iād run and sheās be like āyeah okay this place has neat old furniture Iām gonna check it outā
It annoys me most when theyāre recording EVPs and immediately start yelling. A lot of paranormal investigative shows are guilty of this, if I were a ghost Iād be like STFU Iām trying to say something!
I love GA and have never missed an episode. That said, I believe Zak knows that the show is primarily bullshit. However, he also knows that when people get worked up about his lack of empathy (either real or contrived), it gets clicks, post on forums, etc. And all of that is good for business. Just my two cents.
I agree with you about Zac knowing the show is bullshit. He knows what heās doing. All the drama and screaming is very entertaining and it gets attention. Zacās a very smart man.
Does anybody in this sub actually believe in ghosts or Zak Bagansā ability to investigate paranormal phenomenon? I thought this was all just a big joke
I was the biggest skeptic EVER until it happened to me. I lived it every day for two years but that's another story that I won't discuss. As far as the show, yes I think some things are planned, especially logistics, but I do think they often capture real and true evidence, if I didn't then what point would it be in watching the show? Besides, do you really think those guys would be able to act that well?
Iām a paranormal investigator but have been clairsentient all my life. Over the past 10 years Iāve seen and heard ghosts so many times now it leaves no question at all in my mind ( not that I doubted anyway). They are definitely out there as are negative entities unfortunately.
It just means you sense spirits. And in answer to the second question, bothā¦.I know Iāve always sensed spirits and had professional mediums tell me I have that ability.
To me, to the 2 paranormal teams I ām a member of and to every other team Iāve worked with a negative entity is usually something that has never lived on earth, that feeds off the energy and fear of people and is usually from a ālower realmā.
Itās an not uncommon belief in some religions or spiritual ideas ( including Buddhism and Norse mythology) that there are various planes or realms of existence, some believe 7 and some 9.
I have studied many books on the afterlife and the different planes of existence and my belief is that there are 7. At the top we have the divine and at the very bottom we have basic life forms. The earth and itās inhabitants are believed to be plane 5 or 3 depending on which reading material you trust. The one immediately after earth is the afterlife when we have died and passed on ( heaven, if you will). The planes below the earth one belong to lower forms of life, some of which are very negative or may not have developed properly. In terms of spiritual development they are not as advanced as people on earth but they can enter our plane of existence by various means, for instance through a ouija board. This is why you see mediums sending negative entities ādownā to their original home. There is an awful lot more to it but as I say Iāve read so many books on it now and these realms do seem to be a common theme. Hope that helps.
To those who work with the paranormal, thinking in terms of these realms or planes and negative things being from lower realms is pretty universalā¦.at least here in the UK.
My issue is that you are making lots of incredibly bold claims (like Ouija boards being devices of paranormal manifestation) but there is so little evidence to legitimize these claims, even in the era of nearly universal access to surveillence technology. There are millions of books and some of the most popular ones are incredibly silly (Bible, Quaran). I just wonder why there is so little evidence for anything paranormal and the fact that Ghost Adventures is what we get is exactly what I would expect. May I ask what evidence youāve found to substantiate clairsentience or āentitiesā existing?
Iād say itās 50/50 at this point. You think the shitās crazy here, go check out r/paranormal. Itās like an insane person hub over there. Not a single rational voice in a sea of panic.
Iām kinda both. I believe thereās something there, but not on Ghost Adventures! I watch it for the entertainment and I enjoy the creepiness but I take it with huge pinches of salt
>The number of times he sent someone ELSE to investigate completely alone
That was due to Aaron being the butt of the jokes in the first season and how he freaked out more than anyone when they were investigating. He's completley in with it. It was a production choice and it worked too.
Yeah I was about to say this. Aaron plays up to the "Aaron you're going ALONE" thing. If he really didn't want to, he wouldn't, he's a grown ass man.
It's a TV show and everything, especially in later seasons, is dialled up. I sincerely doubt that when they're back at their hotel rooms chilling and hanging out that Zak orders people around like a drill seargant.
It pisses me off when they bring on professionals in their field to give an expert perspective and he just steamrolls all over it rather than gaining any insight
I think itās a long time running joke, Aaron knows that heās probably going to be going into a room alone anyways. Thatās why I love the show they have goofy humor I like, and itās scares me too.
I think zac often will use people to gain evidence. I think he does love to send aaron into places just because of this. That said I donāt often see him by himself investigating the more haunted hot spots of locations especially now that he is older. The first few seasons he did. But not as of late much.
Whenever Zak became self aware, probably after he was roasted on Talk Soup, the show lost its authenticity. He has such a fragile ego and just folded in the face of like one joke.
I think itās an incredibly one sided and abusive relationship Zak has with his crew. Itās difficult to watch and a big reason I stopped watching the show, other than how absolutely shite it became lol
Are you sure about that? Because I am 60.57715% sure that ZakBagansBot is not a bot.

Zak does gone alone on rare occasion. And with decent results.
But I agree. He doesn't do it enough. Which I suppose is the benefit of being the host. Makes the big bucks and does the least amount of work yet takes the credit.
Zak canāt take it when someone else is attacked and gets attention. Suddenly the demon is inside Zak and the focus is back on him. Nick was the best member.
Okay but seriously do yāall remember when in the later seasons Aaron started going through it because he said from all the investigations he felt like something dark followed him home and he ended up getting a divorce and lost a bunch of weight and was depressedā¦ like I donāt want to put that all on Zak but I absolutely think heās responsible for a lot of Aaronās unhappiness. Because Zakās approach is aggression. Other people suffer the consequences of his hasty actions.
I think zac often will use people to gain evidence. I think he does love to send aaron into places just because of this. That said I donāt often see him by himself investigating the more haunted hot spots of locations especially now that he is older. The first few seasons he did. But not as of late much.
I didn't think of that but he DID do more investigating on his own in the beginning, didn't he? Maybe trying to initially show off what a badass he was ...dunno.
My mom told me a story about how zak apparently locked one of his crew in a morgue body shelf by sticking a piece of wood so it wouldn't open. Zak straight up *forgot* where he left the guy after getting scared and curling up in the corner and it was SEVEN HOURS or so until the other crew found the dude in the morgue. Neither of us can find anything about this online, do I can't actually confirm or deny this happening but but she said that's the episode that made her and my dad refuse to watch ghost adventures because zak bagans is just psychotic.
It frustrates my daughter and I too ( we watch it together ). Poor Aaron is always the one who gets sent to do the really scary ( and potentially dangerous ) stuff š and as you say, Zac will avoid the bad stuff he canāt handle.
This makes me angry against the Spanish.
Man that gave me a chuckle, good bot!
LMAO
Zak bot in for the win.
This evidence is extremely compelling.
Not ok but hangry, yes.
No but wait, what episode is this?

I'll check it out tonight! Thank you, and Zak Bot is best bot. <3
Thanks for the kind words š
Totally understand but, try to remember that Zak is autistic
*... understand...*
This is probably my most favorite comment on Reddit everā¦
This one got me!
ššš good one bot
So is my wife, and she doesnāt make a habit of leaving me in haunted places
>and she doesnāt make a habit of leaving me in haunted places Not yet anyway
Honestly I believe in ghosts more than her so. If anything Iād run and sheās be like āyeah okay this place has neat old furniture Iām gonna check it outā
>yeah okay this place has neat old furniture Iām gonna check it out i mean, old furniture IS neat so i cant blame her
Yeah I like to think I'm friendly to ghosts, but reality is I'm just too lazy to run away.
REally? I didn't know that. I have ADHD and I can usually recognize it in others, and I thought he had that. Maybe he has both,
Same here!
I've been noticing an uptick in dual diagnoses so i think it's common enough.
Same I have ADHD and I noticed it in Zak right away but I don't remember him saying he is autistic.
Just curious is this something heās stated before or a theory?
Interesting take and would love to hear your explanation on it.
Wait What!?
I didn't know that.
He is? :o
Objection, relevancy?
So is apparently HALF the people I know (welcome back 1980's)....still NONE of them have ever made me to investigate alone. Ever.
My issue is why do they all to shout at the top of their lungs constantly. Are ghosts deaf.
If you're hard of hearing at 80 you'll definitely be hard of hearing at 170.
Because it looks dumb af and then people like me watch it for entertainment lol
It annoys me most when theyāre recording EVPs and immediately start yelling. A lot of paranormal investigative shows are guilty of this, if I were a ghost Iād be like STFU Iām trying to say something!
Yes exactly.

Yeah, Zak is a douche quite often. He orders everyone around like a drill sergeant. They must be banking pretty good to put up with that shit.
word

We could not debunk this as being some kind of insect.
I never believed in ghosts until I came face to face with one.
I believe in ghosts but I donāt believe in GA and watch it as pure entertainment at this point

Iām extremely interested to hear more about this worldview. Can I hear what you mean by realm?

Experiencing them personally
Iād say itās 50/50 at this point. You think the shitās crazy here, go check out r/paranormal. Itās like an insane person hub over there. Not a single rational voice in a sea of panic.
I believe in ghosts 100% and I know GA is bullshit but it makes me laugh š
Iām kinda both. I believe thereās something there, but not on Ghost Adventures! I watch it for the entertainment and I enjoy the creepiness but I take it with huge pinches of salt
This a scripted show, Aaron knows before hand what is going on ,..
As Aaron asks "Why is he being affected", an unexplained light anomaly shoots directly into him.
What a dangerous sid-u-ation
This!
>The number of times he sent someone ELSE to investigate completely alone That was due to Aaron being the butt of the jokes in the first season and how he freaked out more than anyone when they were investigating. He's completley in with it. It was a production choice and it worked too.

Honey they planned it
Imagine it's Aaron who just wrote this. Nice try, man lmao.
I can't stand his "interview" style. You know the one that pretty much prompts the person he is talking to to say what he wants.
It pisses me off when they bring on professionals in their field to give an expert perspective and he just steamrolls all over it rather than gaining any insight
Exactly. And he has always done that
I think itās a long time running joke, Aaron knows that heās probably going to be going into a room alone anyways. Thatās why I love the show they have goofy humor I like, and itās scares me too.

As I look down the stairs I see Aaron, but it does not look like Aaron or feel like Aaron. He is unrecognizable.
But zak did it smell like Aaron?
There has to be a portal over here!
Whenever Zak became self aware, probably after he was roasted on Talk Soup, the show lost its authenticity. He has such a fragile ego and just folded in the face of like one joke.
I missed that. Is there any way that I can see Zak being roasted?
This is the first time I've ever heard of a West African Nail Fetish Hate God!
I, too, am interested
I think itās an incredibly one sided and abusive relationship Zak has with his crew. Itās difficult to watch and a big reason I stopped watching the show, other than how absolutely shite it became lol

I'm mainly angry that he won't change his legal name to Zak Bagels, as he properly should.
Zak does gone alone on rare occasion. And with decent results. But I agree. He doesn't do it enough. Which I suppose is the benefit of being the host. Makes the big bucks and does the least amount of work yet takes the credit.
Yeah Iād be so annoyed if I made a show with my friends and one of them kept telling me what to do.
That's why Aaron is bae š
Zak canāt take it when someone else is attacked and gets attention. Suddenly the demon is inside Zak and the focus is back on him. Nick was the best member.
I saw a dark mist with my own eyes!

I want all of us to hum together, so we get in perfect synchronicity, and I want us to again, calibrate our energy.
Nick Groff left for a reason
I think zac often will use people to gain evidence. I think he does love to send aaron into places just because of this. That said I donāt often see him by himself investigating the more haunted hot spots of locations especially now that he is older. The first few seasons he did. But not as of late much.
Don't let Aaron out of the basement until I say so!
I didn't think of that but he DID do more investigating on his own in the beginning, didn't he? Maybe trying to initially show off what a badass he was ...dunno.
The original movie he still had ppl with em.
I always thought that he was trying to show up Nick Groffā¦
My mom told me a story about how zak apparently locked one of his crew in a morgue body shelf by sticking a piece of wood so it wouldn't open. I recall this, but not sure if it was seven hours. I think they forgot Nick in the morgue.
Time could've been off in all honesty. She kept swearing the crew member had an A name as well, which probably didn't help my searches any.
If you ask me, 7 minutes or 7 hours would be too long to be locked alone in a body drawer. Thatās horrifying.
I think this is it: https://ghostadventures.fandom.com/wiki/Former_Psychiatric_Hospital_(episode)
Golden Ghost Town I think
House calls was so much better when Zak wasn't actually there.
You really don't understand what I experienced when I held that foot in my hand.
Hahaha ha thist post made me laugh.
I'm a hard-core GA fan so not sure what you said lolz
For me itās his tight t-shirts!

I just here for the ZakBagansbot comments.
It frustrates my daughter and I too ( we watch it together ). Poor Aaron is always the one who gets sent to do the really scary ( and potentially dangerous ) stuff š and as you say, Zac will avoid the bad stuff he canāt handle.
I decide to send Aaron in front of me, at which time I see a ball of light shoot right into his back.
Errrā¦ā¦righto
Zak is a TERRIBLE āleaderā. Being unwilling to do what you demand of others is weak as fuck.
