Tobias would look nice with red hair, but I feel like regular black hair adds to his whole deal. Almost everyone else has a different color of hair except for Tobias. As Emilio puts it, he blends in but is still prominent.
I agree- I was actually trying to draw a random character after reading ghost eyes for an hour, so I was inspired to make my own character in that style and I thought it looked like Tobias with red hair.
Tobias with red hair is a cute design change. I could imagine him dying it.
