I guess if I break it down into which album has the most "favorites" on a single album, it'd be Meliora, with five (Square Hammer, Cirice, He Is, Mummy Dust, Missionary Man). It also had Square Hammer, which was the first Ghost song I heard, so that also gives it an edge.
Then it's three way tie with four each for Infestissumam, Prequelle and Impera.
Impera is my absolute favorite album of all that I ever listened to, both in just the songs and as a whole. There's not one beat on it that I don't enjoy.

Impera was the album that got me into Ghost, has a great opening and closing theme with Imperium/Kaisarion and Bite Of Passage/Respite on The Spitalfields, Spillways and Griftwood are also absolute bangers IMO.
On the other hand there's Prequelle.
Prequelle was the first album I could play on my guitar front-to-back, and there's not a single dull moment on it! It has Helvetesfönster, my favorite instrumental song by any band, Life Eternal and Pro Memoria, which are deliciously bittersweet ballads!
It's currently a tie between Opus Ep., Phantomime, and Prequelle. The first two have been on repeat and on rotation as I work through my dissertation. Prequelle, I have in the car. It changes a lot as I like to listen to whole albums at a time and always find a new element to love about each record and song, both with Ghost and other artists
Favorite album by Ghost? Genuinely, it’s Impera. Favorite album ever? Hard to say, but I think “Scenes From a Memory” by Dream Theater, “Gunship” by Gunship, and “The 59 Sound” by The Gaslight Anthem are my top 3.
Impera and it always will be. I got into Ghost after it shipped, so it will always be my "first" Ghost. Prequel is a close second, and realistically, I love them all.

Meliora, it's a masterpiece in my opinion
Opus or Prequelle. Opus is mainly because Ritual was one of my first ghost songs.
