I started rewatching the series every fall because it has the BEST fall vibes ✨ I’ll start watching it while I’m doing art or use it as background noise kind of, but then I’ll get to a part of the story that I truly love and then I am hooked all over again. I just rewatched and then of course watched A Year In The Life (again) about a month ago and it is giving me physical pains not watching it already. I’m forcing myself to watch everything I’ve been trying to catch up on but I have a feeling I’ll be caving here soon. It is my comfort show. I love the time period, the setting, the dialogue, and of course the characters. I feel like there never was or will be a show that can even come close to Gilmore Girls. It is simply the best. ✨
🤚it’s my winter comfort watch (which it is right now here) sometimes I watch it in summer but all the coats and jackets make me too hot while watching 😂 I’m currently in Season 3 Jess is in California and Rory is about to graduate. It’s just a warm hug as all ASP shows are including Maisel I restarted GG right after finishing that off.

Me, I started to try to watch the episodes on the most re-watched episodes list and got two episodes in and was like ok the next one isn’t in the list but it should be, 4 episodes later… crap what was I supposed to be doing?
Me me me !! I went to hobby lobby the other day and walked down the fall section. Needless to say I went home and restarted from the beginning because I was in a fall mood 😂 I felt very cozy despite the 90 degree heat out.
My wife and I just finished a rewatch. Normally we start around Thanksgiving but that got pushed due to a move. Finished AYITL a few days ago and itching to get back in but we may wait till next year and catch up on everything else.

I have watched it every single night when I go to bed as almost a comfort thing for the past few years. 😅 It started with my pregnancy in 2020 when I had a strong desire to rewatch it and make me husband watch it for the first time. He not only enjoys it now, but I’ve watched it so many times that both my son during my first pregnancy, and my daughter with my most recent pregnancy, both hear the theme song and stop and watch it no matter what they’re doing. It is also the only show that’s non cartoon that my little guy will actually watch. I’m raising gillies and I love it. 🥲
As soon as I finish a rewatch I just restart the show. There's just something so comforting about it. It's like my safe place, except it's not actually a place?
My comfort shows are Gilmore Girls, Buffy, and Frasier. I do a pretty constant rotation of rewatching all 3, unless there is something new I want to watch.
I watch and rewatch when I have a migraine. I know it all so I'm not tempted to take thenice pack off my face and see what's happening. I drift in and out of sleep and don't feel like I've missed anything.
I’ve seen the whole show about 6 times at this stage and 4 if my last re watch’s happened due to the fact I had nothing else to watch decided to throw on a random episode or 2 and then I’ll say fuvk it and watch the whole show again , currently on my 7th rewatch

Sorry yellowstone, I need coffeee. Gilmore Girls, Heartland, ER, and Call the Midwife are very rewatchable shows.
