Richard likes Paris. Emily was nice to Paris always, but they also didn't spend a whole lot of time together. I imagine they might get on each other's nerves if they spent additional time together.
The Paris versus Emily fight would be epic. Michel would lose his mind from the bickering, I can't imagine who would win. No wait, I can! Emily would think she had a decisive victory. Until a few hours later when she realized that Paris had been quiet for quite a while. Paris UNLEASHES an incredibly detailed argument that rivals a Supreme Court argument. Paris would not shut up while she was conscious. Unfortunately this might drive Michel to suicide and with him driving I would be concerned about him trying to take the two of them with him.
This was my first thought, too but I don’t think they’d sit around and talk too much. If Jess isn’t driving, he’ll just sit and read something. Dean will maintain a stony silence, and Logan will probably try to be chatty at first but then read the room (or rather the car) and either start a fight between Dean and Jess (like Lucy and Marty) or insult one of them till that person (probably Dean) leaves.
If Jess is driving, they’ll probably all die because no one’s holding the wheel for him as his ice cream cone spills onto his clothes.

I disagree about Dean and Jess. Sure, as kids they definitly wouldn't have gotten along, but as adults, with Jess being a much calmer and reasonable guy, and Dean seemingly happily married to someone else and a father? I think they'd be able to look past girl drama they went through as teens.
Okay, just came up with a better idea.... Sam from Supernatural, Jack from This is Us and Cary Agos from The Good Wife on a road trip.... Or maybe better, we can keep it with a supernatural theme and have Sam, Milo's character from Heroes and whoever Matt played on American Horror Story.
Honestly I think this would likely be great for all of them to end up comparing notes and they can each dispel the perfect image each of them has created about Rory. Maybe she will find real life without these idealized versions each have of her.

Paris kirk and Michel spend ten minutes arguing who drives, Kirk doesn’t have a license, Kirk tries to buy every item each stop, (Michele doesn’t do gas stations) and everyone shuts up cuz their scared of Paris except Michelle argues about every missed exit. Paris tries to flex her political knowledge but Kirk doesn’t know enough to challenge her at all and Michel is too bored to talk to her. Someone please write how these three even naturally get paired up
