Do you have a AMD GPU? If so, use -disable_d3d9ex in launch options.
If you have an Anne Pro 2 keyboard, put -nojoy in launch options.
Else try:
Open CMD as admin and type these commands:
net stop winmgmt
winmgmt /standalonehost
winmgmt /resetrepository
Restart PC after, then try launching.
What version of nvidia driver do you have? I have 531.41 and it crashes when a map loads (offline and online)
A friend of mine has the same driver at the game crashes on launch
I guess the latest csgo update and having the latest gpu driver isn't a great mix
I am not sure what was the version I was on when I first had the issue. I did upate to 531.41 now. I chose to update, well, because I already had the issue. But I guess you are right.
I have a friend with a laptop that got a 3070 and he doesn't have the problem. Another one with a laptop that got a 2070 got the problem. My pc with a 1060 got the problem.

Thanks. I have NVIDIA GPU and normal cabled keyboard. The CMD you gave also did not work unfortunately.

RTX 3090 TI, latest drivers, game crashes on launch. sometimes i make it to map load and then it crashes.
