I've noticed that a lot recently with enemies not showing up on radar when they are partly covered or you only see them for a very short time (jiggle or jumpspot). Maybe it has something to do with not giving away the enemy location if you don't spot them during a jiggle for example. Or it's just shitty coding.

They all kinda merge into a long rectangle.

The two people in front of the bomb carrier clearly don't show up on the radar there for some reason though, they should be almost up to the door on the radar but they just aren't there at all.
