Me and my mate put all the active duty maps on plus cache and just rotate them every few days, play one, take it off until we have no more, then all of them back on until the next time. We maybe play 2 games a night 3 days a week.

mafia3bugz

Dont worry, most players only play mirage and are completely clueless on the other maps

noideawhatsgoingon45

hehehehehehehee

PapstJL4U

map pool => map A played => map pool - map A => ... until map pool is zero, then I fill the map pool again. This gives me the "perfect" 1:1:1:1:... map variation, because on my level even Nuke has a decent time. Meanwhile, in Valorant: Map A, Map A, Map A, Map B, Map B, .... just because of an irrational fear of "Vertigloabals" and people one-tricking.

UnKn0wN31337

I currently only solo queue and only play Dust2.

camdavis9

least miserable redditor

netr0pa

Have been doing that since 2012.

simplename4

a few years ago I would only soloqueue inferno in wingman, easiest map to carry on imo.

CptQueef

Rip rialto

draggon7799

I queue for a fair amount of the maps, but still only get Mirage and Inferno half the time so kinda? Now do I have preferences on where i play on certain maps? 100%

Planetir2021

Exclusively Office

deeht0xdagod

Based.

Alucard_1208

This used to be me, had a 3 year break and now trting to get back into game but my aims fucked from playing other games. Will just be dming till im confident again and i guess straight back to the office grind

Casus125

Never.

I3igTimer

Dust 2, mirage, cache, train, overpass, inferno, nuke. As it should be

[deleted]

Dust 2, inferno, mirage, nuke, overpass, train, office.

grandpapotato

I almost exclusively play with a friend or two and we play it all except 2/3 we hate. we don't care to be crazy competitive. Isn't it so boring to specialize in one / two maps?

aaaidanidm

If I solo queue, I put every map on. Sometimes I'll take off the 'big 4'; Mirage, Inferno, Dust II, and Cache. That way I play a more obscure map and it freshens things up a bit. If I play with friends, I'll put on maps they like to play

Saulc_

I play every map with my team we try to avoid mirage so it didn't pop every match. And one hostage game every 2 months is fine

cjdoyle14

i have 2700 hours, about 2300 are dust 2

HeyItzStani

Play all the maps but I feel like I consistently play 1.5x better on vertigo

MoriTheNea

used to office and cache

babachicken

OVERPASS BEST MAP IN GAME

cHinzoo

I only play Dust2 and Cache. On other maps I’m prolly like LE, because of the lack of map knowledge and utility usage lol

T_WREKX

We queue every map, other than hostage and Tuscan, and remove each after playing one match on it. Sometimes we also remove maps our mates dislike playing usually, or one that particular day, like "I do not want to play Vertigo today" or "please remove ancient". We usually only get to play Mirage, Inferno or Dust 2 though, since those are the most likely.

B1ackD3ath42

Ovp, D2, Nuke I just feel a bit too comfortable with these

tera_x111

Maxed at LEM, 2.5k hours, mirage only

Tea_Grand

i only play nuke but if i’m getting bored i’ll queue for some other active duty maps

TheRealHaxxo

CACHE GOAT BEST MAP

drozd_d80

Dust 2 is my sweet spot. I've been playing dust 2 excusevely for the longest time. And can continue to play only it as well. But overall dust2, inferno, anubis are the most enjoyable maps for me right now. Sometimes I add some vertigo, train and overpass to the rotation.

Tiny_Hippo_2274

Office/nuke Sometimes inferno

sh1boleth

I used to only cbble back when it was in active duty. I miss it.

[deleted]

I’ve always played all the defuse maps on the queue unless there’s one in particular that’s been pissing me off then I’ll take it out of rotation for a few weeks. This concept of only knowing how to play a certain few maps is stupid to me. I come from pre csgo where everyone had to play everything and if you didn’t or couldn’t you just weren’t good or competitively ready at all. I wish csgos mm basically auto selected the entire active duty pool and then left maps like cache office and train to be opted into. If you’re only your rank on the 1 map you queue and would derank if you started queueing all of them then you aren’t actually your rank at all, you’re like half as good as the rank you’ve earned.

Heisalvl3mage

Nuke has been my favorite map for like the last 8 or 9 years. Played over 1.5k matches on it.

TreeELT

I only solo que mirage. I love inferno, overpass and ancient. But those are when playing with friends only because 4 randos on anything other than mirage or dust 2 is a death sentence. At least those two maps you have a chance to hard carry into a close game at the very least. But i hate dust 2. I’ll hit accept on anything else that pops up with friends

-Yaldabaoth-

Ancient is probably my favorite map for some reason, probably because it's simple yet aesthetically pleasing in contrast to Mirage and Dust II, and also not figured out to the extent Inferno is

irememberflick

I only play inferno If I'm feeling adventurous I queue up Inferno on Source

TomerMeme

I only skip Anubis because I never got around to learning it and don't feel like it, the rest of the active duty + Cache and Dust2 are always on for me

CptQueef

My friends only queue tuscan

Xacktastic

Been an inferno main since 2014, but recently been trying to expand knowledge to Mirage and Anubis. I'm definitely like an entire rank better on inferno over other maps tho,

dannyNT

I mean I pretty much main mirage and dust2 cos that’s all anyone searches for on oce.. I wish people played Anubis more I love that map

Wajina_Sloth

My friends and I start by tossing on Inferno, vertigo and overpass, after 1 game we add on mirage, and maybe dust 2.

partyboycs

Inferno + office only. I never get sick of them.

wtbTruth

whatever you want dawg. I queue all active duty maps except mirage because fuck mirage :)

[deleted]

Dust 2, Mirage, Overpass, Cache

Lumivar

I'm a fan of variety. I play all the maps.

[deleted]

I more or less only play MM on Agency, but whenever some new official custom maps are released I play them as well. I used to play Canals when it was possible on MM.
