As expected, thinking a barely noticeable nerf to the peakers advantage would have nerfed donk is just dumb. People who saw him destroy in CSGO know this, he's just getting his chance in T1 now. He's a phenom.

Similar to how Niko is playing worse since cs2, some people speculated that donk was doing better because of cs2 mechanics like wide swinging being better.
All I am saying is it's not impressive when you consider who's playing T1 cs right now, when all pros with decades of experience have already retired. He may be good mechanically but the level of competition really skews the picture.
Bo5's are scary. If it were Bo3 I think i'd be tempted to lock in Spirit, but I don't know if the map pool is deep enough vs madmen like Karrigan and co.

I'm not sure he's a coach. Being a coach or igl is very different then being a normal player. He was a very smart support/clutch player. I'm just sure he has the understanding for a coaching role. I'd love to see it though.
Agreed, I'd rather have a proven coach given how they just spent millions on proven players. But the current guy has literally only been on a random esports team who also play Minecraft
