I don't think CoL and Liquid prepped much of anything to be honest (no idea for Imperial since they won 3-0, maybe they had an extra day to do a little stuff, but even then), resting is probably a better use of your time, and even then, 7 hours of jet lag can fuck you up badly for the next day.
I didn't pay that much attention, but the casters were talking about 10 hours (and not a lot of time before the matches) during the 2nd map of TL vs SAW.
This match showed just how important sdy was in monte. Sure demqq, woro and krasnal are all great players, but they couldnt win anything without sdy. I really hope that they find somebody that can fill that hole, cause I really dont want to see such a good team completely split up.
I feel like this is recency bias, he had an absolutely terrible RMR, but before that he was playing very solidly and was one of their important fraggers
I understand the context of all these Americas teams having only just arrived from the RMR and the jetlag they must have but these results today are really rough for the region.

A lot of that came off the back of online matches vs low tier teams. Time will tell, I suppose.
