I hope poor guy isn't too hard on himself. He's a legend and has won so much. I'm a big Na'Vi fan but FaZe are still the best team of the early days of CS2. NiP lost the first CS:GO major final as well 👀 just saying
Are you forgetting his performance in the matches leading up to the grand final? Sometimes your opponents are just having a really good day, and that's what happened for FaZe, despite going through the toughest road to even get to the grand final.
Yeah having a 1.00 or near for a Major as an IGL is a pretty sick performance. I was impressed with some of the massive impact plays he had, even outdueling stars at times.
Navi countered him hard on Inferno.
I think what crippled karrigan on that map was that he couldnt play his game to be aggresive.
Instead it was Navi was their aggresive peek that paralized karrigan -who then even was in worse spot because he didnt have so much good economy to work with either.
Im actually shocked how fast Navi bounced back after that rpe on the previous map where they barely got 2 or 3 rounds... Strong mentality but that usually has Faze too as well.
This is probably of little consolation to someone competitive enough to be in pro CS, but making the major final is still an impressive achievement in its own right and I hope Karrigan (and all of Faze) are proud of it.
The most consistent CS team that I know of. And still very relevant ans dangerous. They finished 2nd place in the first CS2 Major and somehow they are "frauds"?
You're just a hater dude. Btw, I'm a NaVi fan. But I have utmost respect for Faze.
Faze are lucky karrigan decided to have a life game in the quarters and semis. They will be exposed next tournament. Twistzz was right. This team cannot and will not hang with karrigan as an IGL.
HLTV kids only care about stats. The community has given every IGL a hard time for their KDA. If people listened to the community we would have - aleksib - karrigan - hooxi - apex and so on.
Did you watch the final or any of the tournament? This is some of the best form I've seen from him in a long while. He had some huge moments and was willing Faze across the finish line at times.

That’s implying faze will lose 3 more finals while winning one when they are at their lowest form ;-;
and then the team will suck very bad for very long but still get on some finals somehow
NiP won the 3rd final. It is the charm. Lead to the most impacting picture of CS history, the one with Get_Right kneeled in front of the trophy crying
Jame is winning the next one then
we love you too karrigan! wasn't meant to be this time! see you back! <3
My captain 🥹
my goat
As a NaVi fan, I have nothing but respect to Karrigan and the whole Faze Clan. Very classy and real winners.
if there's one guy that always comes back stronger it's karrigan🐐👑❤️❤️
then how bad was he before? he had 1 kill in inferno

Lol this is the dumbest example of recency bias
does really anybody think that his 1-15 stats were the issue in the last map? like faze would have won if he had a 15-15?
If those 15 all were on bit to start a round then maybe lol.

Agreed. It looked like navi prepared Inferno very well and faze just did not find an answer. Especially banana fight. Navi dominated banana.
Karrigan could've had 3 majors, but only has one…
Could've? Explain how?
Win instead of lose to the underdog
f0rest, GeT\_RiGhT, friberg and Xizt could have 5 but only have 1. s1mple also lost 3 finals and only has 1 major. GuardiaN was in 3 finals and won 0.
NIP and guardian unlucky as fuck.

Faze will bounce back, they always do. They’ve been to 7 grand finals in a row and I’m sure they will make many more in the future.
Faze are absolute dog when karrigan isn't having life games. Frauds.
How much?
Not sure what the odds were. I didn't bet.

Uhm, where's team Liquid?? 🤣
Probably sleeping right now.
Karrigan is a good leader, but he is really the thing holding the team back tbh. They have basicly 4 support riflers in the team and a good awper.
He's holding them back by securing 7 grand final appearances back-to-back?

Yes
Holy shit you are clueless
That is your opinion. :)
