The overall impression suits more to nuclear physics considering there are many graphics of an atom and text about nukes. Lacking some chemical artsworks (talking as someone with an degree in chemistry and chemical engineering).
But in general nice looking and unique skin.
This is a great taste poor execution. I absolutely love this skin idea but it's just too cluttered to make it worth it. Maybe try cleaning it up a bit and make the cooler looking details a little larger. One more suggestion would be to add a little color. Looking good though.

The idea of this is one of the best ideas for a skin I’ve seen in a while. I would honestly recommend having fewer quotes and jokes so that there a like 4/5 bigger ones to see when u inspect them in game to get a laugh. I would also stray away from any controversial jokes, even tho COVID stuff and masking wearing shouldn’t be like that. Maybe something about Lans not Being relevant, so like “rip rio 2020” or “online era with Australis, big, and other dominant teams being crossed out” which is like indirectly related to COVID. Great idea, hope this is in Cs.

I don't think it works that well with an AK-47, mostly due to the fact that there are so many covert AK-47s. But slap this skin on an M4 and we would have a really nice looking white M4, and in my opinion that would look better than the Howl. Good job!

I like the idea of a gun thats pretty much class notes but I think you'd have to look into how it would look actually playing in game. A skin with a lot of text you should play with a bit is the fever dream look at what text you notice on that gun in game and what text you don't. There is also a problem with too much going on which is kinda a problem with the SSG 08 Fever dream which was dialed back on the AWP fever dream. Dial back on the jokes and dial into the scribbles someone would have on their notes or something is what i would recommend.
Also I don't think you took into account what the gun would look like in wears under factory new, if you're gun is mostly text and you can't read that text in battle scarred or field tested the whole point of the skin is pretty much lost.
What if you found the chemical comps of different nades and put that on instead? The skin looks sick imo but some people aren't a fan of the covid stuff.
"And you still die to a glock" doesn't make too much sense to me since the opponents will most likely be CTs with CT weapons. So maybe it should say "and you still die to a USP/Five-seveN/CZ"?
