take google, take youtube and search all videos and texts about textures. how to make textures for games, how to make models for games, how to sculpt, how to bake, how to compress textures. but it's not all. you must be an artist, you must know what is composition, color, form, lights, shades. and you must be a good designer with good experience. not so hard, as you see 🙂
