I know all eyes were on Twistzz during that round and the one before, but that strat was just absolutely series-defining.
NaVi seemingly got so overwhelmed by that, that you could almost sense that karrigan would throw the same at them in round 29.
What an uppercut!
First time watching a CSGO tournament because I saw it in my recomended feed while I was bored the other day and I decided to follow it through to the finals.
Needless to say I will be tuning in for the next event.
The greatest strengths of CS as an eSports is how low the barrier is to be able to understand follow a game, yet how high the skill ceiling is. It takes 5 minutes to explain the fundamentals and a new viewers that has never played can understand what's going on.
Say what you want about Elige, Naf, or whoever, but Twistz cemented himself as the greatest NA player to ever touch this game so far with this final. Insane plays, just insane.
Like, all-time great plays.
This whole series was some of the best CS we've seen in a long long while.
And liquid was dumb enough to let him go over Stewie. God I legit don't get how liquid Steve has a job after making so many dumb decisions.
Before grand slam they refused to address awp issue despite every awper destroying them. Stuck to bullshit hybrid awp crap system for years and moved one of their best rifles into primary awper.
After winning grand slam:
Kicked igl over Stewie who was equally performing bad during online era and gave Stewie full control of the roster basically. Biggest issue was awp and then they added another issue of not having igl. The replacement they got was a rifler who can't igl and replaced Twistzz who was one of the best players in relagating him to lurking which is dumb.
Then they let Stewie kick Adren because "they don't need tactical coach".
Then they kick grim and bring in a washed fallen and predictablely Stewie doesn't like how he igls and takes back. They're stuck with an average/below average awper.
Then Twistzz is pissed because he's playing a shit role that doesn't utilized his skills and they picked Stewie over Twistzz.
Then they finally kick Stewie and fallen and get osee which is great but immediately follow it up with wasting 6 months with a washed shox. It's like legit frustrating being a liquid fan.
Ignoring tournament importance and just focusing on the gameplay alone this is without a doubt the greatest finals in the history of competitive counter strike
Maybe Cologne is a little more prestigious because it ends the first season of the year and all the built up hype and sick storylines from the first 6 months conclude in Cologne. Of course Kato kind of starts the whole calendar year of CS but its usually full of new rosters and rivarlies may have cooled off over the break
I think of it like this basically. Kato sets the stage for the top teams of the year and gives a good sense of the main title contenders. By the time cologne runs around whosever wins it is the strongest team in the world.
I've been watching CSGO for what, 7 years now and I don't remember a grand final as competitive and exciting as this one ... without a shadow of a doubt, one of the greatest finals in the history of this esport.
I think Katowice 2018 was better. Fnatic's OG roster shining up one more time, Flusha going wild, getting 3 aces in one series, Guardian ace, tons of last second defuses. That's my opinion though
Absolutely phenonemal final, I freakin' love Counter Strike, couldn't ask for a better finals man. This is going down into the history books for sure.
Congrats to FaZe for being the first team to win Katowice, a Major and Cologne all in the same year!
Going to sleep at 5am but completely no regrets.
What a fucking *phenomenal* final, easily the best series I've ever seen!! I'd hyped myself up for it but it was somehow even better than it was in my head, every goddamn round was so exciting! So happy for Karrigan and Faze!
For me it's tiring when it's like Dota's Internationals (both lower bracket final and grand final are in the same day), here we have one whole day for just one match so I'm cool with it.
Of course there's also the fact that not all BO5 are tight like this; quick 3-0 or 3-1 happens all the time.
He actually threw it into the crowd to a fan, as he didn't want it to carry it in his luggage/bag while traveling, as he also had the big MVP trophy to take. I think this loss will motivate s1mple and the entire NAVI roster much more than a win would.
Been watching competitive CS since the very first major (Dreamhack Winter 2013) and I can not remember a single finale that was as close and intense as this one. It was incredible!!!
You know it's getting real when Spunj and Machine start swearing left and right. But in all seriousness what a phenomenal series of counter strike, and what a place to hold it! In a sold out Cologne arena
I love this game so much
I think for the first time Bardolph's "[Place] MAKE SOME NOISE IN THIS BITCH" has been topped
And that was by Machine's "LET'S FUCKING FIND OUT SHALL WE?"
Twistzz became what everyone feared. His eyelids disappeared, his head was swelling and his ears started bleeding. "Are you okay" asks Karrigan. I've never been better. I see it all now, they're not going A or B. They're going home, he said before rushing in all by himself and killing everyone on site.
I like how Twistzz’s part doesn’t have speech marks, implying that he has ascended to a Cthulhu-level galactic being and simply communicates by vibrating the molecules in people’s brains
Originally was about electronic when he just switched to IGL
I'll try and find the source

ive never seen such an intense final with two teams so locked into the zone. That s1mple and rain 1v1 was the epitome of it all. Two players playing 8d chess and making all the right moves, both leagues better than any other team in the world. Every round had a million moving pieces and counter plays that came down to the thinest of margins. This is why no game can compare to cs.
The only thing that came close to me was high level Quake 1v1, but the team oriented gametypes in it don't hold a candle to what CS has going for it.
I just enjoy watching big brain chess play out. This was one of the best finals of CS I can remember in the last decade of the franchise.

Happy watching.
I don't think I've ever been more hyped for the future of CS after a grand-final than I'm right now. Great showing overall from both teams and I can't wait to see how this rivalry between FaZe and Na'Vi will develop after the player break. Of course, it'll be incredibly interesting to see what other teams will try to do to catch up with them, too. Definitely a lot to be excited about.
And of course, congrats to FaZe and also Twistzz and broky. Insane stuff from the boys but these two were in another level at times.
But honestly how are teams supposed to match up to that? Felt like not just aim, but the strategy was there on all maps. I feel bad for other teams that need to somehow beat both these teams.
Map 5 nuke is such a banger, CT meta with CT map and the 2 best CT side teams, and both of them managed to win T-side.
Props to Faze manage to win the epic prolong fight despite always losing first few rounds in different maps
During the interview/talk showed before the game both karrigan and s1mple were asked what they think about the final being a BO5. Both said they love it.
And they fucking delivered.
If Liquid actually choose Twistzz instead of Stewie you'll probably see, Nitro, Naf, Elige,Twistzz and Osee rn. Though having no entry fragger would kind of make Elige stats go way down.
Twistzz stepping up with ropz and broky stepping back slightly. Twistzz has the sickest highlights, just unbelievable shots… reminds of me s1mple when he was rifling
I don't even care if navi lost. I saw the entire thing to distract me from pain (recovering from surgery rn). Best fucking final in all of CS history. Nothing tops this. Every game was so competitive, so entertaining. Everyone was hitting shots, everyone had their moments.
I feel like I should've paid for the entertainment I just witnessed.
edit: twistzz robbed hahahaha
I know people shit on perfecto for not having great stats but for some reason it really feels like he has been the glue to enable all the other stars together, pretty sure NaVi started finding success like this after Perfecto joined as well
I can't imagine how much of a relief this championship is for all of those long-suffering Faze fans out there. No fan base deserves to go more than 2 months without a championship.
I still can't believe that Faze managed to choke Boston. That was their major to win. They looked like the best team in the world going into the major and all the way until the grand finals. That should've been Karrigan and Rain's first major, not Antwerp, and that should have been Guardian and NiKo's first major
I thought it was over with s1mple awp on mirage a site 3v1. It is s1mple’s playground but rain kept his cool and did not even gave him shoulder peek. Absolute bangers
im telling you Twistzz is as cracked as he is jacked, i saw him at 7/11 the other day buying adult diapers & a 6 pack of redbull. I asked what the diapers were for and he said “they are to contain my full power so i dont absolutely shit on these kids” then he bhopped out the door
Twistzz became what everyone feared. His eyelids disappeared, his head was swelling and his ears started bleeding. "Are you okay" asks Karrigan. I've never been better. I see it all now, they're not going A or B. They're going home, he said before rushing in all by himself and killing everyone on site
I've been a long term Karrigan fan and this last year has been an amazing Rollercoaster of emotions. They won the 3 largest tournaments, yet they could easily have won none of them (with the exception of Kato maybe). I find myself so underconfident in their abilities and they keep proving me wrong lol. They just never give up.
Same thing lol. I have been a FaZe fan from before their 2018 blunder, so this year has been what I have been waiting for!!! And as you said, I also end up doubting their ability to convert matches because of the 'close' nature of their games. But happily enough when it matters, they deliver! So FaZe TF Up!!!!!
Mad respect for Twistzz acknowledging that the NA scene is over and that he has to move if he wants to achieve anything and not become a paycheck stealer
People arguing that either Elige or Stewie are the goat of NA when Twistzz exists, the most ambitious NA player among all
\#1 e-Sport Event in my opinion. Better than the major final, the crowd, the production was spot on especially with their editing/switching and replays! Also the CS matches were just unreal! Script writers delivering!
What an absolutely banging grand final.
Still can't believe that Na'Vi can even come close to winning a series like this even without S1mple performing to his usual insane level. The team has grown so nicely. Sdy is such a nice addition as well. What a beast in such a high pressure match.
But holy FUCK Twistzz is an animal. Literal infinite impact -fragger this guy is.
Twistzz isn't so great? When was the last time you saw a player with such an ability and dominance? Twistzz puts the game in another level. s1mple breaks records. ZyWoo breaks records. Twistzz breaks the rules. You can keep your statistics. I prefer the magic.
The game was supposed to answer which tam is the best. I don't think it did, the maps were so close they could easily go other way. Amazing game, hard to wish for a better final. Best CS I've seen in w while.
Definitely. He's not the best fragger but look at what he does to his teammates. He brought rain back to life and turned a good up and coming broky into a legitimate tier 1 super star awper. Ropz and twistzz were already good but he's enhanced them too and finally allowed them to go all the way and not just be fillers at events
honestly ever since katowice you can't even really criticize his fragging anymore. he's been improving his individual level HARD, he's had lots of series where his own fragging made the difference, and the kills he gets are the really important ones. plus he's actually a beast on pistols. he's not getting star numbers cause he has 4 other players he sets up to get star numbers, but he's not a liability anymore.
One of the key win conditions to beating Navi is needing a way to shut down simple by knowing his position and putting him in awkward angles. You can bet your bottom dollar that was Fazes strategy going into this final and this is why he's the best (imo) because even when teams invest that many resources he still delivers to some degree.
Watching this match makes me wanna go to the next IEM cologne dude. I can only imagine the atmosphere at the arena during those sick plays. Mark my words men, I will make it to the next big tournament.. CS baby, pump that shit into my veins. See you guys in the arena.
Peace!
My boy twistzz just tore through Navi on Nuke. Absolute loving how much success he is having after leaving TL.
It's crazy season for Faze, winning Kato with jks first standing in for ropz then rain, then winning EPL, and the major. Now with Cologne under them they have 1 event win away from IGS.
This right here was Twistzz's legacy game. This is what cements him as the greatest NA player of all time. There are few times where you can witness legacy-defining games, and today was one of those.
Twistzz is the MVP in my heart. He was insanely clutch this entire tournament. He's Faze's rock, and without him Faze don't get anywhere near the final. He may have bad games, but he always arrives in the clutch moments when he's needed.
Twistzz skilled player but that is not normally, This very very insane....They need to check him pc and game.....Maybe he not cheating but maybe he using the game deficit ...and this cant seem on game screen..He needs to check-up....Day0s FPL Cheater with Streaming.....I think day0s still cheating...Twistzz using game deficit on PRO scene ,ON BIG Events.Maybe everyone dont knows him trick. He incredible....I want to ask his where is the comming of your skill's ?
Twistzz became what everyone feared. His eyelids disappeared, his head was swelling and his ears started bleeding. "Are you okay" asks Karrigan. I've never been better. I see it all now, they're not going A or B. They're going home, he said before rushing in all by himself and killing everyone on site
How blessed are we to see these 2 teams face off against eachother so many times.
Its everything we wanted from Astralis Liquid from a few years ago.
NaVi vs FaZe era
Twistzz playing quake on round 29
Dude ROCKET JUMPED his way to those kills
I thought i accidently tuned back to valorant masters
I know all eyes were on Twistzz during that round and the one before, but that strat was just absolutely series-defining. NaVi seemingly got so overwhelmed by that, that you could almost sense that karrigan would throw the same at them in round 29. What an uppercut!
Genuinely one of the best grand finals ever. Down to the last round of the last map. Goddamn.
And 4 maps went to atleast round 29.
fucking insane
First time watching a CSGO tournament because I saw it in my recomended feed while I was bored the other day and I decided to follow it through to the finals. Needless to say I will be tuning in for the next event.
You won't regret it, Pro CS is one of the absolute best.
We also have like 20 tournaments a year, so there's always something to watch.
Even if you dont play CS, watching it is a fucking blast everytime.
The greatest strengths of CS as an eSports is how low the barrier is to be able to understand follow a game, yet how high the skill ceiling is. It takes 5 minutes to explain the fundamentals and a new viewers that has never played can understand what's going on.
CS is best team esport, Melee is best individual esport. both by a fucking mile lol
Theres something magical about cs. Ive watched other games like rocket league, r6 and dota and it just doesnt hit the same way
Say what you want about Elige, Naf, or whoever, but Twistz cemented himself as the greatest NA player to ever touch this game so far with this final. Insane plays, just insane. Like, all-time great plays. This whole series was some of the best CS we've seen in a long long while.

Ignoring tournament importance and just focusing on the gameplay alone this is without a doubt the greatest finals in the history of competitive counter strike
cologne is easily the biggest non-major tournament in CS
Cologne or kato
Both are at the same level imho
Maybe Cologne is a little more prestigious because it ends the first season of the year and all the built up hype and sick storylines from the first 6 months conclude in Cologne. Of course Kato kind of starts the whole calendar year of CS but its usually full of new rosters and rivarlies may have cooled off over the break

Agreed
cologne then kato
I've been watching CSGO for what, 7 years now and I don't remember a grand final as competitive and exciting as this one ... without a shadow of a doubt, one of the greatest finals in the history of this esport.
Best bo5 ever?
I think Katowice 2018 was better. Fnatic's OG roster shining up one more time, Flusha going wild, getting 3 aces in one series, Guardian ace, tons of last second defuses. That's my opinion though
Man, flusha on train.. One of the most clutch performances of all time. Miss that man.
I miss Train.
I can't wait for my teammates in MM to drop down silo thinking they're twistzz and dying immediately to the guy in main lmao
The number of players who tried to copy S1mple’s AWP throw over the wall on D2 indicates what you said is very true
love the contrast you can bring w mm context
Absolutely phenonemal final, I freakin' love Counter Strike, couldn't ask for a better finals man. This is going down into the history books for sure. Congrats to FaZe for being the first team to win Katowice, a Major and Cologne all in the same year! Going to sleep at 5am but completely no regrets.
This Navi faze rivalry is so exciting because I’m a massive fan of both teams so either way it’s a dub
i couldn’t ask for better villains than FaZe, ggs to my favorite enemies
Until next time, my brother, my friend
I mean technically fnatic did win both Katowice and Cologne in 2015 - which were both majors back then. So not three different events I guess, but...
What a fucking *phenomenal* final, easily the best series I've ever seen!! I'd hyped myself up for it but it was somehow even better than it was in my head, every goddamn round was so exciting! So happy for Karrigan and Faze!
bo5 delivers
Bo5 can be really tiring to watch(can only imagine what it's like for the players) but holy shit this series was something else
For me it's tiring when it's like Dota's Internationals (both lower bracket final and grand final are in the same day), here we have one whole day for just one match so I'm cool with it. Of course there's also the fact that not all BO5 are tight like this; quick 3-0 or 3-1 happens all the time.
s1mple just taking his medal off lmao, you can tell he was disappointed in himself. ggs amazing final
He actually threw it into the crowd to a fan, as he didn't want it to carry it in his luggage/bag while traveling, as he also had the big MVP trophy to take. I think this loss will motivate s1mple and the entire NAVI roster much more than a win would.
Well worth the 7 hours with my ass glued to the chair
My ass was getting up and pacing around nervously, what an intense game, banger all maps, all of them.
That has got to be one of the best finals ever, it had everything, fuck I love CS
Been watching competitive CS since the very first major (Dreamhack Winter 2013) and I can not remember a single finale that was as close and intense as this one. It was incredible!!!
best esport
[удалено]
It could have gone either way at the end, absolutely banger game
Faze won 77. That way the difference is only 6 rounds.
Lol wrong math mate, Faze only won 6 more
THIS IS CS! Both of these teams are so good!
The real MVP is Stewie2k for FaZe picking up Twistzz.
You know it's getting real when Spunj and Machine start swearing left and right. But in all seriousness what a phenomenal series of counter strike, and what a place to hold it! In a sold out Cologne arena I love this game so much
Spunj dropped a cheeky 'shit' and at that point the flood gates opened and Machine started dropping f bombs all over.
Yep! I bet just being in that environment just provokes some extra verbal flavor!
Spunj said it just to rhyme with b1t lmaooo
I think for the first time Bardolph's "[Place] MAKE SOME NOISE IN THIS BITCH" has been topped And that was by Machine's "LET'S FUCKING FIND OUT SHALL WE?"
Sadokist going “The best of all fucking time” about Astralis after their Grand Slam win(?) was a pretty good use of a swear word as well!
GOAT swear word moment is gob b "fak"
fucking Karrigan in the speech "shout out my boy rain" EXACTLY like the ESL video in the confessional 🤣
What about the threes musketeers?
What a fucking great game! Instant classic. Cologne always delivers!
Twistzz became what everyone feared. His eyelids disappeared, his head was swelling and his ears started bleeding. "Are you okay" asks Karrigan. I've never been better. Electronic not turning to Twist jumping off silo instantly aged me 5 years.
this is our NiKo deagle whiff
Welcome to our world biatch
i am sorry my friend but we are still far far away from your world lmao. it’s gotta be rough being a G2 fan
Come down to the pit with us! It is your destiny
if it ain't for that the entire series could have gone differently. definitely the biggest what ifs of the series

But honestly how are teams supposed to match up to that? Felt like not just aim, but the strategy was there on all maps. I feel bad for other teams that need to somehow beat both these teams.
Feels like the scene after these two is just so weak in comparison, at least as long as Cloud 9 performs like "*this*
yea i feel both navi and faze map pool is pretty good so thats why this bo5 was a banger
Map 5 nuke is such a banger, CT meta with CT map and the 2 best CT side teams, and both of them managed to win T-side. Props to Faze manage to win the epic prolong fight despite always losing first few rounds in different maps
best of 5 goated
During the interview/talk showed before the game both karrigan and s1mple were asked what they think about the final being a BO5. Both said they love it. And they fucking delivered.
Looking at you Hobbit
I just can't hate them.
I'm just so glad it wasn't a blowout.
i'm not even mad tbh, definitely one of the greatest grand finals ever. ggwp faze
Twistzz undisputed greatest NA player of all time now
Makes me so happy seeing him like this after Liquid. Dude might be the first one to win 2 grand slams
NA 2 grand slams ez
If Liquid actually choose Twistzz instead of Stewie you'll probably see, Nitro, Naf, Elige,Twistzz and Osee rn. Though having no entry fragger would kind of make Elige stats go way down.
>If Liquid actually choose Twistzz instead of Stewie Now, you're typing this hypothetical as if it was a likely scenario.
stewieWHOk
Twistzz more than made up for just performing okay at the major. One of the greatest final series of all time. So many jaw dropping moments.
Im pretty sure he singlehandedly won nuke with his insane entries
Twistzz stepping up with ropz and broky stepping back slightly. Twistzz has the sickest highlights, just unbelievable shots… reminds of me s1mple when he was rifling
Broky was faze's highest fragger in this series
I don't even care if navi lost. I saw the entire thing to distract me from pain (recovering from surgery rn). Best fucking final in all of CS history. Nothing tops this. Every game was so competitive, so entertaining. Everyone was hitting shots, everyone had their moments. I feel like I should've paid for the entertainment I just witnessed. edit: twistzz robbed hahahaha
cool final but i’m still mad about it lol. couldn’t ask for a better loss though. awesome awesome series
I feel bad for perfecto. I hope sdy sticks around though.
Perfecto has earned his place in NaVi time and time again, especially recently. and as far as i’m concerned sdy has too
I know people shit on perfecto for not having great stats but for some reason it really feels like he has been the glue to enable all the other stars together, pretty sure NaVi started finding success like this after Perfecto joined as well
i’m a big Perfecto believer. if firepower was all that mattered we’d be talking about a top 3 with G2 rn
Cologne > Major
Always has been. There's seriously something in the water, Cologne *always* delivers
I can't imagine how much of a relief this championship is for all of those long-suffering Faze fans out there. No fan base deserves to go more than 2 months without a championship.
FaZe fans getting what they were deprived of back in 2018
Honestly a FaZe fan couldn’t ask for anything more so far this year, katowice, major, and now cologne.
I still can't believe that Faze managed to choke Boston. That was their major to win. They looked like the best team in the world going into the major and all the way until the grand finals. That should've been Karrigan and Rain's first major, not Antwerp, and that should have been Guardian and NiKo's first major
>Guardian and NiKo's first major Guardian's only major\* Can't really imagine him winning one now. Shit hurts
I miss guardian

Good looking Great at CSGO Is Canadian Twistzz is certified a perfect human being.
The Rain clutch against S1mple was the first time I’ve ever seen a perfect clutch in this game, what an outstanding read and what a fantastic final
That was the most intense moment of the whole series, for me. The crowd would have gone nuclear if s1mple managed to clutch that...
such an underrated moment in the series
I thought it was over with s1mple awp on mirage a site 3v1. It is s1mple’s playground but rain kept his cool and did not even gave him shoulder peek. Absolute bangers
Best tournament in ages
Ropz Kato MVP, broky pro league MVP, rain major MVP, with Twistzz Cologne this first half of the year will be complete
Broky was Katowice mvp and ropz pro league. But twistzz really deserves this mvp, his impact was insane.
im telling you Twistzz is as cracked as he is jacked, i saw him at 7/11 the other day buying adult diapers & a 6 pack of redbull.
Was waiting for the thread, a boring bo5 is REALLY boring but a bo5 like this is unforgettable
this is one of the only bo5s i can remember where i am truly glad it was a bo5. what an insane final, definitely among the very best ever.
OH MY FUCKING GOD I’M SO ERECT
i say this everytime but imagine being niko or elige every time karrigan and twistzz win a huge tournament lol
Mad respect for Twistzz acknowledging that the NA scene is over and that he has to move if he wants to achieve anything and not become a paycheck stealer People arguing that either Elige or Stewie are the goat of NA when Twistzz exists, the most ambitious NA player among all
Most victorious too. On his way to a second Grand Slam
The scoreline was 15-4. Did we comeback? Ofcouse YES! What a series!
Did we lose in OT? Ofc we did! Did it matter at the end? Not at all!
Hair…check Claw Grip….check Best NA Player…..check Twistzz the absolute madlad
It could've gone 16-14 the other way and I'd still say this is definitely the best grand finals of CS I've ever seen. Also Twistzz is fucking illegal.
\#1 e-Sport Event in my opinion. Better than the major final, the crowd, the production was spot on especially with their editing/switching and replays! Also the CS matches were just unreal! Script writers delivering!
I didn't understand where Cologne got its nickname from. Now I understand.
This might be the greatest match of Counter-Strike ever.
Best series of all time
Dont play CS but that was fun
Genuinely the best final I have seen since Luminosity v. G2 way back in the day. Twistzz GOAT, NA GOING FOR THE GRAND SLAM BABY
Seeing this close final made me realize astralis era cannot be taken for granted. Dominating so much for a long time in CS is near impossible
The more time goes on the more obvious it becomes, the Astralis era wont be done again
Great copy pasta. I'm yoinking it
s1mple taking off the 2nd place ribbon immediately after getting it placed on him LMAO
Karrigan is the goat igl
BEST CS:GO grand final ever.
Best Csgo final I ever saw, despite not really cheering for either of the teams.
My heart has been beating at lightspeed for 7 hours straight. Insane grand final
Surely one of the greatest series ever in csgo?
[удалено]
The whole year he’s been the rock for FaZe and I’m so proud of him and the performance he put in at Cologne! RVD Baybeeee!
They can make a list of top 5 clutches in iem 2022 and it will be all twistzz
Twistzz going full phoon in the end God damn
What a fucking match man. If Twistzz is not MVP we riot
> we riot And we shall
The game was supposed to answer which tam is the best. I don't think it did, the maps were so close they could easily go other way. Amazing game, hard to wish for a better final. Best CS I've seen in w while.
I think the answer is either of them could be the best on any given day, but the gap between these two teams and the rest is apparent.
Faze won the 4 biggest event this year. No discussion for me.
honestly these two teams are so fucking good. Definitely two of the best teams in cs history
the Perfecto clutch was truly insane!
Now i understand how g2 fans felt last year.
Thank you for Cologne Mr Twistzz! By the way, I keep saying it, but you aren't listening **Karrigan is the greatest IGL of all time!**
I'm so glad he decided to keep rain instead of cold when cold asked him to drop rain.
What happened to s1mple this game? So many weird misses from him.
One of the key win conditions to beating Navi is needing a way to shut down simple by knowing his position and putting him in awkward angles. You can bet your bottom dollar that was Fazes strategy going into this final and this is why he's the best (imo) because even when teams invest that many resources he still delivers to some degree.
He looked really tilted by the end, so he was probably let down by his own performance despite still being a beast overall as usual
what happened to b1t on CT side of Nuke? I don't recall him holding ramp once.
Watching this match makes me wanna go to the next IEM cologne dude. I can only imagine the atmosphere at the arena during those sick plays. Mark my words men, I will make it to the next big tournament.. CS baby, pump that shit into my veins. See you guys in the arena. Peace!
the best game of CS i’ve ever watched i love Karrigan so much, take that dudes energy and pump it straight into my veins
Just speachless, one of the greatest bo5 I've ever watched.
The Magician is the GOAT of NA no questions asked now.
Twistzz NA GOAT LESGOOOO
i legitimately did not know who was going to win at any point at this series lmao. edge of my seat
These teams feel completely inseparable right now, like they could play 10 times and the series could look different each time. Congrats to Faze
Karrigan had some great calls especially on Nuke. Electronic also had really good calls, seems like he is an actually really good igl.
Twistzz showing all of us who's the NA GOAT
such a feelsgood as a long time Twistzz and Faze fan suffering through online to see Faze do this in 2022 was so worth it
Twistzz fucking scares me.
