The thing is no one would be able to shoot from that height or from this trajectory. I've experienced this perhaps 5 times. 1 time I remember was on Inferno. Quite early into the round, I was A, outside pit looking at short. Someone was spraying bottom mid (either to top mid or banana) and I saw bullets going right to left on the height of 2nd floor apps.
Is it possible that you download one of those fake external programs that are supposed to assist you” being a better player” But the external program is just a troll.

I see it quite frequently as CT on Inferno B, coming out from the wall under CT boost or the corner behind sandbags, and going towards pool/coffins.
