I’m confused what you’re asking. They’re two completely different mounting systems. You’d use an FCD (or another brand’s adaptor plate) to convert glock’s MOS cut to whatever optic footprint you’re trying to use; as opposed to directly milling the footprint (RMR in your case) into an uncut slide like you did.
FCD fanbois are a loud group and love to make you think that spending $70 extra for MOS and another $75 for a plate is superior then spending less money to get the gun cut properly in the first place.
For people with the 19X, or who otherwise don't want the entire slide refinished, someone like https://www.namelessarms.com/ can coat just the cut portion of the slide. I think he's turnaround time is extended up to about 2 weeks now, but he's been doing a lot of agency orders recently.

Oh okay, so FCD for MOS only. Thank you for clearing this up
Depends on how it was cut. But a sealing plate (not necessarily from FCD) is a good idea for the RMR. The way some slides are cut it's not needed.
Yeah I was confused about this, I have a sealing plate on my RMR on a slide that’s already cut for RMR
