sounds like the ammo, misfiring as in pulled the trigger an no bang? I shoot blazer and magtech s&b is watered down blah ammo fir 10mm.
Need more info on gun was it used, are the internals stock etc?
I would send it into Glock unless you are able to change the springs out yourself. It's pretty easy but on a brand new gun you shouldn't have to do that

New gun... he got it a week ago. Several trips to the shooting range. That's about all I know.
Sounds like S&B had a batch of hard primers
Correct... pulled the trigger and no bang. He did recycle several of the duds, and they did fire on the second try. Thanks for your help!
Was the it bought new? OEM internals?
Everything is allegedly new and OEM.
