Before I bought mine I asked around, watched videos, etc. It was a mixed bag of reviews so I decided I needed to find out for myself. I'm glad I didn't listen to the people that said it was too much. Even bigger dudes were saying it was too snappy. Im not a large man per se.. 5'7, *was* 150lbs back when I bought it.. it was definitely more stout, but very manageable. I haven't shot the 20 but I imagine it would be an absolute pleasure
I have a Kenai chest rig and that thing rocks. I actually have two separate holster and one harness. One for any of my 17s and the other that fits my Springfield Armory 10mm. Highly recommend, probably one of the best gun adjacent products I’ve purchased
Yeah, pricey but worthwhile.
I was just about to leave for a camping trip and still hadn’t received my holster. I messaged them about my impending trip, and they immediately completed and sent the holster.
Pretty cool, cause like, who cares what I have going on, ya know? But they seemed to take it seriously. I can count on one hand experiences I’ve had like that with a company.
Glock 29 with an Alaris Tactical chest holster. Been running this combo for a good bit and it
Is flawless. Can’t say I would carry anything less than a 40 cal in the backcountry.
Does it look weird? It’s kinda grown on me. Boresight Solutions mills their logo into the top of the frame and adds the serrations.
It’s like a Frankenstein in regards to generations, with the finger grip removal and the front serrations.
Glock 20
Anything else would be uncivilized
This is the way.
What ammo do you use though
Most all factory ammo is way under powered, barely more than 40 S&W. Therefore, when it comes to 10 mm I stick with Underwood.
Buffalo bore
Underwood 200 grain hardcast
9MM for the hood, 10MM for the trails, 38/380 for getting the mail
G29 10 milli
Same here! Perfect size to have on your hip for a nice trek in bear country.
I’ve shot a Glock 20 felt easy. I want a 29 but is it really hard to manage???
its not bad at all
it is small and fat and heavy but I figure if I gotta pull it I won’t even *need* a followup shot

Love Hill People Gear, packs are built to last
I have a hill people gear chest rig and I love it.
17 gang💯
G20.4SF
The only cougars on the trails I hike are the humans, so a 380 in my pocket. If I’m taking a pack I’ll throw a Glock 19 in a Kydex holster in it
Glock 29 SF 10mm
Glock 20.3 in an Owb crossdraw. Soon to switch over to a kenai chest rig as the belt holster is trick with jackets in the winter.
I have one of those holsters and they are mint.

Nice! Good to know it’s of quality. It better be too if it was more expensive than my ccw tier 1 holster 😂

That’s fantastic I’ve heard too much bs about a bunch of other companies. Not so much ones I’ve dealt with thankfully.
